Pros:

Le camere e la struttura sono pulite e nuove. L’host molto disponibile e premurosa con gli ospiti.

Cons:

Troppe scale per raggiungere le camere e la struttura, nonostante Modica è piena di scale e vicoli.
Inoltre, nella camera con divano letto, nonostante il panorama, consiglio di mettere una tenda coprente perché la mattina la luce infastidisce chi dorme.

sehr sauber, schön modern und neu eingerichtet. toller empfang! sehr gute lage. zudem haben wir sehr gute tipps bezüglich der sehenswürdigkeiten und möglichkeiten wo wir zu abend essen können bekommen. ich würde die unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo alloggio a Modica e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a pochi passi dal cuore della città, ma al tempo stesso tranquilla, ideale per godersi appieno l’atmosfera barocca senza rinunciare al relax. L’appartamento è impeccabilmente pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi subito a casa.

La vera meraviglia, però, è la terrazza: un angolo di pace con una vista mozzafiato, perfetta per una colazione lenta o per ammirare le luci della sera sulla città.

Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Adriana, la host, che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Sempre pronta a dare consigli preziosi e a far sentire gli ospiti coccolati.

Un’esperienza da ricordare e sicuramente da ripetere: consigliatissimo!

Pros:

The host Adriana welcomed us with open arms. She upgraded us for free to one of her apartments instead of just a room since the air-conditioning wasn’t working.

The apartment was amazing with a great location, amazing views from the big balcony and in general very fresh and clean.

Adriana made a big effort which helped us enjoy Modica to the fullest which we were very grateful for.

I can highly recommend to book a stay here, especially to pay a little bit extra to stay in the apartment.
