Отдых в Rixos Borovoe превзошёл все наши ожидания! Это действительно один из лучших отелей, где продумано всё до мелочей — от уровня сервиса до атмосферы уюта и комфорта.
Отдельную благодарность хочется выразить менеджеру Малика по вопросам ресторанного дела — благодаря её профессионализму, внимательности и искреннему отношению каждое посещение ресторана было настоящим удовольствием. Всё организовано на высшем уровне!
Также большое спасибо девушке на ресепшене Алтынай — очень отзывчивая, доброжелательная и внимательная. Она помогала по всем вопросам быстро и с улыбкой, что создаёт ощущение заботы с первых минут пребывания.
Rixos Borovoe — это место, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Спасибо всей команде за безупречный отдых!

Pros:

Интерьер отличный, все удобно расположено, отношение персонала, от встречи при заезде и до отъезда на высшем уровне!! Все приветливы и всегда рады помочь! Спасибо большое!!

Cons:

Единственный момент, обслуживание в ресторане “The Bar” расстроил, никто не подходил, нужно было бегать самим и искать официантов. Исключение, это официант девушка Эрика❤️ умничка и большая молодец! Видимо, на ней там все держится)))
