Pros:

Персонал тактичный. Номер чистенький. Все необходимое для проживания есть. Особенно понравился балкончик , с видом на сад, где можно посидеть, выпить кофе, вечером вино. Местоположение хорошее, пешком доходили до каскада.

Cons:

Тапочки явно не для взрослых, но эта мелочь не испортила нам настроение

Hidden gem in best part of Yerevan! Great staff, best beds! Highly recommend!
Pros:

This was our 5th stay in a week in Armenia and a few things stood out to me at the Armenia Hotel that did not occur at the others. The beds were the most comfortable we had, the location is secluded in a quiet street in a prime area of Yerevan. The hotel staff were the friendliest we encountered, they accommodated us with a better room then we booked and they coordinated an airport shuttle for us at 03:45 in the morning. They allowed us to use their kitchen and provided us tea cups and a water boiler. This was all incredible as we had a daily tea time with my girlfriend’s father and one last one before our flight on the balcony was special! A few others that may not seem like a big deal to those who don’t know, but most bathrooms in Armenia don’t have a divider to prevent the shower water from flowing all over the bathroom floor. Finally in our 5th stay, we found this hotel that actually had shower doors and a floor divider which kept the bathroom floor clean and dry. It’s a little thing, but meant a lot. The last thing… for those who don’t know… toilet paper in Armenia can be really bad in some places and this hotel had the best toilet paper out of all the 5 stays 😂😂. I could keep going.. they have nice cats and kittens on the property. I highly recommend this stay as it was simply the best and was extremely affordable! Thank you Armenia Hotel! If we make it back, we would gladly stay again!

Удачное расположение, кондиционер в номере

Cons:

Приехала в отель к 21:00, номер не был готов и убран, хотя о времени заезда сообщала заранее.
Ужасно грязный номер, в комнате не было мебели кроме стула, крови и холодильника- ни вешалки, ни шкафа, ни тумбочки. Общая ванная комната отвратительно грязная, пол в следах обуви с грязью, сантехника вся в пятнах, волосах, нет мыла. Общая ванная находится на ресепшене и ей пользуются как общественным туалетом все кто выходит и заходит в отель и персонал.

Хорошее расположение, очень приятные администраторы ( в частности Нарек)

Cons:

Отсутствие чистоты и полное отсутствие приборов на кухне, чайник не работал. Плюс , что в Ереване очень вкусная вода поэтому кофе получался очень вкусным.В номере ужасная звукоизоляция ( вернее её полное отсутствие).

Pros:

Location was very convenient all major attractions n even Sas food court at walking distance. Staff was friendly n helpful. Peaceful and good experience highly recommended for family.
