This hotel treats both its guests and its employees appallingly.

I used their laundry service, and when I got the clothes back, they were completely ruined with pink stains so that they were completely unwearable. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention, they flat-out refused to take responsibility, and would not compensate me.

They even lied and claimed I hadn’t requested separate washing for the white clothes, which is simply untrue. I explicitly asked for them to be washed separately. Rather than owning their mistake, they tried to shift the blame onto their laundry service.

What made the situation even worse was what happened next: the receptionist told me that she would have to cover the cost out of her own salary. That is completely unacceptable. It explains their dishonesty—because they’re clearly more concerned with protecting themselves than doing the right thing.

The entire experience was deeply uncomfortable and left me feeling pressured into just dropping the issue. No guest should be put in that position.

A hotel that refuses accountability, lies to its customers, and forces employees to pay for management’s mistakes is not just poorly run—it’s unethical. Avoid this place.

Staff wanted to charge us for holes in the bed sheets, which obviously were cause by washing machine, but at the end we got our deposit back.

1. Персонал, который требовал деньги за ранее заселение, при этом мы приехали в 12-58 и нам выдали ключи без каких либо уведомлений о раннем заселении. Более того мы оставили вещи и уехали. Угрозами вызова полиции мы вынуждены были оплатить за 2(!) часа раннего бронирования.
2. Кондиционер нещадно шумел, как в нашем номере, так и другом номере тоже который мы брали
3. Ничего кроме мыла жидкого и шампуня в одном флаконе нет
4. Полотенце было 2, ни для рук ни для ног, никаких других
5. Простынь была в большом пятне, непонятного происхождения
6. Чайник и кружки были, больше ничего хотя раковина и шкафы были
7. Уборки нет, типо апартаменты ))),
8. Фен один на весь отель, надо просить на ресепшен

I really didnt like the fact that around there was only one beach which was lovely but very expensive. To be honest all of the beaches around were paid and not free.

The shower temperature was at times hard to manage; either got cold or too hot. Hard to find a medium.

I do not recommend this hotel, I left for the whole day, arrived in the late afternoon, found that someone was putting on my cap, as it was wet with sweat, and there were traces of sweat, as well as it faded in the sun due to sweat, the staff said that it was from the air conditioner, although the air conditioner was turned off, and if it was from the air conditioner, then she would have been completely wet.,asked to show the cameras, they said they couldn't now, only tomorrow, the next day, of course, they said they looked, no one came in. The air conditioners are very noisy, and from 2 a.m. the roosters start crowing, if you have a good night's sleep, this information will be useful to you.

There is a lot next door on the righthand side of the building with a dog that likes to bark all day and most of the night. The in wall air conditioning units are a bit noisy.

The room needed finishing touches and the only plug socket that worked were in the kitchen area

No water in the room and no water dispenser in the hotel, you have to go to 7-11 which is at 10 min.
No buttons near the bed to close the light.
Cockroach in the bathroom.
AC really noisy.
No kitchen

According to the description there's a beach nearby but it is private and very expensive
