Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The house has a beautiful garden and is surrounded by greenery, which makes it very peaceful. It’s 10 minutes (drive) outside Kampot city center, and you feel completely immersed in nature. The hosts are incredibly warm and friendly. The road to the hotel is a bit bumpy, but the surrounding scenery more than makes up for it. If you re looking to stay within walking distance of the Kampot center, it might be a bit far, though you can easily rent a scooter or use Grab. Bonus: you can have fruits from the garden for breakfast

Soggiorno perfetto a Kampot
Pros:

Se amate la tranquillita' e non vi interessa essere un poco lontani dal centro e dalla movida questo e' il posto giusto. Il proprietario ha costruito questo b&b nella sua piantagione di mango e il risultato e' incredibile. Camere e strutture comuni in bellissimo stile coloniale, immerse in uno stupendo giardino con fiori e alberi da frutta ovunque. Potevamo raccogliere i mango direttamente dalla finestra della nostra camera. Tutto pulito e impeccabile, inclusa l'accoglienza e la possibilita' di interagire con il proprietario e la moglie, per avere una prospettiva locale sul paese e le sue tradizioni.
La colazione e la cena sono servite in uno stupendo padiglione e cucinate al momento dalla moglie del proprietario. Consiglio questo posto senza alcun dubbio per un soggiorno oltre le aspettative.

Das Zimmer war von der Ausstattung und den sanitären Installationen und den handwerklichen Arbeiten nicht zu übertreffen. Ganz großes Lob an den Eigentümer. Tolle neue Scooter direkt in der Unterkunft buchen, sind alle top.

Cons:

Was mir leider nicht gefallen hat, war der 1 km lange unbefestigte Schotterweg zur Villa von der Hauptstraße mit Schlaglöchern, Geröll,LKWs die den staubigen Weg befahren und jede Menge Hunden. Man braucht um in die Stadt zu gelangen, entweder einen Scooter oder ein Tuck Tuck. Nachts würde ich den Weg wegen der Hunde nicht zu Fuß gehen.
Diese Bewertung hat aber keinen Einfluss auf die Bewertung der Unterkunft. Man sollte es aber zur Kenntnis nehmen.

Pros:

The best accommodation we stayed at in Cambodia. The property is owned by the sweetest family. Our room was so beautiful. They provided complimentary bikes for guests to use. The food at their restaurant was delicious. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Cons:

The area that the property is located in isn't the nicest, but when you're on the property it feels like an oasis.

Pros:

Out of all the places we stayed at in Cambodia Villa Romduol is the one I'm most likely to come back to, everything was just perfect ❤️ It's a bit further from the city but provides a motorcycle rental for a good price, the owners are super nice and helpful, and everything in the rooms is really great quality. And the whole place is just gorgeous!

Une superbe guesthouse
Pros:

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 7 j dans ce petit hâvre de paix loin de la foule et au calme. Cet établissement a été réalisé par le propriétaire avec des matériaux de très grande qualité et avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont très belles et très propres. Tous les codes de l hôtellerie et restauration sont respectés, c est rare en Asie. Nous avons pris les cocktails et repas sur place car d'excellente qualité, la salle à manger est aussi un endroit où il fait bon vivre, la décoration chinée chez des artisans locaux est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et courageux, ils ont le mérite de réussir. Bravo à eux.

Ontzettend vriendelijk gastheer en gastvrouw. Niets was teveel. Super lekker eten.
Heerlijk rustig plek. Het huis en interieur is met liefde helemaal zelf gemaakt. Je voelt je eigen echt thuis

Tolle Unterkunft abseits des Stadtzentrums
Pros:

Sehr geräumige, super-saubere Zimmer. Tolle Dusche, fantastischer Garten. Extrem freundliches und liebenswürdiges Personal und tolles, authentisches Essen.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist recht weit außerhalb und die Straße ist sehr holprig. Mit Tuk-Tuks gar kein Problem, aber man sollte sich klar darüber sein, dass es fußläufig zu weit ins Stadtzentrum ist.

Pros:

Wir haben insgesamt 5 Tage in dem wunderschönen Homestay verbracht. Insbesondere die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Inhaberfamie hat uns sehr beeindruckt.
Unser Zimmer war groß und mit schönen, vom Inhaber selbst gefertigten, Holzmöbeln ausgestattet.
Die Terrassen in den grünen Garten sind neben dem ausgezeichneten, von der Hausherrin selbst gekochten, Essen ein weiteres Highlight der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist der holprige Weg in das Zentrum von Kampot und der gelegentliche etwas muffige Geruch im Zimmer.

Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.
