スイスとの国境の街Domosossla を宿泊先に決めたのは、このBistroに来たかったからです。日替わりメニュー（1st 3種類　2nd 3種類から選択）は20€と非常にリーズナブルな価格で宿泊客に提供されます。客席から見えるアトリエのような美しい調理室で作られる料理は、どれも一級品でした。私は4日間で、朝食5回、ランチ1回、ディナー4回利用しました。
スタッフは、ホテルとレストラン両方を担当しておられる方もいて、オーナーシェフGiorgio Bertolucci さんの家族のような素晴らしいチームでした。
旅の途中なので一旦ここを離れ、数日後にまた戻って来て、このレストランの食事をするのが楽しみです。
ミシュランに選ばれるのは必然ですが、気取る必要のない、とっても暖かい雰囲気を持ち、一級料理を出せる稀有なお店をお探しなら、立ち寄ってみてください。
街の商店でも紹介されるほど、この街に愛されているレストランでした。
すぐ満員になるので予約された方が良いと思います。
朝食も必要にして十分でした。

Für Bahnreisende und auch um den Ort kennen zu lernen, sehr gute Lage. Sehr freundliches, familiengeführtes Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
