в целом все соответствует описанию. Номера чистые,в наличии холодильник,чайник,и даже халаты.Кровати достаточно комфортные, постельное белье хорошее. Заранее звоните хозяйке, что бы вас встретили, в отеле нет стойки регистрации. Парковка на улице и есть возможность запарковать машину во дворе,но только если джип. Интернет работал нормально. До центра пешком недалеко, минут 10

The accommodation was well equipped, clean and quiet. The breakfast was so good. The communication with the host was great and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us during our checkout process and even offered to help us stay at the hotel during the rainy weather.

My room was number 1. It was perfectly clean! Looks good like recently built/renovated. WiFi works. The bed was excellent. Air conditioner helps. A lot of clothes hangers are available. Photos are relevant so check it to be ready for the conditions. Breakfast is at 9 a.m. Meals were not different day by day during the whole period of my stay, but it was delicious and various. So you can try different food in different days :) Can't make sure that fruits were the same just because I have allergic reaction to a lot of them. I like the location because it's not so far away from touristic places, but it's far enough to be quiet. Remember that the owner speaks English, but you may be met by woman who doesn't speak English and Russioan but speaks at least Georgian. It wasn't an issue, because you can discuss everything with the owner during Check-in. The woman organised phone call. Communication in Booking messages is quite fast.

Cozy and nicely renovated room, quite area, good location. The owner Mariami was very helpful and informative. Their driver Nikolay is amazing, knows so many nice places, very informative. Perfect driver. Highly recomended

Very comfortable, quiet, air conditioned, clean room comprising a double bed, desk, TV, wardrobe, fridge and attached bathroom. Very friendly hostess who speaks very good English. A decent buffet breakfast every day. Good location 15 minutes from the centre on foot. I would definitely recommend this small hotel

Nice location, value for money, everything you need.

Everything was perfect. We had an absolute fantastic communication with our host Mariam. Also she organized a wonderful tour for us in the surrounding. The breakfast was delicious and we felt the warm Georgian hospitality.

The owner has been very available and kind in supporting with all my requests.

It was comfortable. Comfortable bed, new, soft towels. We lacked nothing. The owners were very kind.
We could park our car in the yard. The center is not far, so we walked.
The breakfast was excellent - boiled eggs, cheese, pie, tomato, cucumber...salty, sweet...coffee, tea...more than we could wish for.
At the end of our trip through Georgia, we stayed there one more time.
