Зупинялась вже не вперше і з собакою, тішить, що є така можливість.
Привітний персонал, чисто, дуже смачні і різноманітні сніданки. Чиста і якісна спа зона, де можна відпочити. Компактний, але дуже хороший спорт зал. Готель знаходиться в самому центрі міста, тобто до всіх можливих місць дістатись дуже легко і швидко. Але готель настільки комфортний, що виходити особливо з нього і не хочеться 😁
Кондиціонер в номері слабкий. Першу ніч заселились, він не міг опустити температуру нижче 28, на 2й день нас переселили в іншу кімнату де було 24

The Nadiya Palace and Wellness Hotel is wonderful! It's a beautiful, historic building with a stunningly beautiful lobby. The location is excellent. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and spoke English very well. (We are Americans) They have a young man to help you carry your bags up the lobby stairs to the elevator, and he even helps you take them to your room. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom very modern and clean. They had a small refrigerator in the room as well as air conditioning, a safe, plenty of storage space. The pillows were plentiful and plump and perfectly clean! We each had 3 pillows! It was very quiet. We had a lovely view from our window. The cleaning staff were friendly and went above and beyond what we expected. The breakfasts were VERY good- many wonderful choices and something different to eat each day. We liked when the old music like Bing Crosby was playing in the breakfast room. There is a beautiful pool/spa area downstairs. The pool was very nice and we used it several times at the end of the day to relax. We ate dinner once in the hotel restaurant and the food was really good and the staff was very nice. The price was fair as well. At the top of the building is a Sky Bar Terrace where you can eat and drink of course, but also just walk up there to see beautiful views of the historic city center. I so appreciated the nice ladies at the front desk to help me with figuring out how to buy train tickets to Yaremche to see the Probiy Falls. And they kindly printed out our tickets on paper since my husband and I don't have smartphones. When it was time to leave and we checked out, the ladies at the desk said they hoped we would visit and stay at the Nadiya Palace again soon, and I know they were being sincere. We were there for one week and so enjoyed our time in Ivano Frankivsk and the wonderful Nadiya Palace Hotel!
The only "problem" we had was that our first room, #502 I think it was, must have had a wall near the ventilation system- I am sensitive to humming sounds, and there was a "hum" that kept me awake and I could not sleep that first night. But The staff was so kind...the next morning I was a bit embarrassed to tell them of my problem with hums, but they understood and kindly moved us to a new room for the rest of our stay (#311) and it was totally quiet; I heard no humming sounds at all!! The only other thing that makes me sad is seeing beautiful hotels like this allowing dogs. I just think of how rooms could be ruined or become dirty because of messes from dogs.
