Un lugar excelente.
Pros:

Una gran ubicación. Cerca de la laguna y del centro de Bacalar. Muy cerca de un gran lugar de gelato y cafe, suavecito, muy recomendable. El personal muy amable la limpieza muy bien .

Cons:

En la habitación que nos tocó tiene una ventana arriba de la cocina que entra demasiada luz. Unas cortinas o cubrir los vidrios estaría de lujo.

Personal atento, cerca de la laguna y el centro

Cons:

Los departamentos obscuros, lúgubres, el baño no tenía conexiones para poner una secadora o plancha del cabello. Es una zona muy ruidosa no se puede descansar.

Pros:

Camas cómodas habitaciones amplias buen aire acondicionado

Cons:

Nos dijeron que había parqueo no lo dejamos sobre la calle, la limpieza de las áreas comunes muy sucia piscina siempre con hojas, se veían muchachos muy calmados y no amables, quienes atendían hay lugares similares a menor precio

Spacious room, perfectly located!
Pros:

I was travelling with my 6 year old child. The location was absolutely perfect. A quick walk to an access to the laguna for a refreshing swim and some fun in the slides. We felt safe and the hotel itself was very very quiet. The room was quite spacious with a view of the pool.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the shower, was not on par with the rest of the room and the hotel itself. There was a cute bar area by the pool but i havent seen an employee there during my stay. Had i seen someone, i wouldve had a drink by the pool in the evening.

Gut gelegenes Hotel mit leider zu vielen Mängeln.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und die Zimmergröße ist sehr gut.

Cons:

- Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war sehr mangelhaft. Dreckige Bettlaken, Handtücher (rote Flecken) und Böden.
- Zudem hat das Hotel-Wifi nie funktioniert.
- Muffiger Geruch im Zimmer

Egentlig et okay sted men servicen var ikke god nok!
Pros:

Det lå godt tæt på al ting sengene var gode men vi fik kun et lagen udleveret da jeg bad om et tæppe for ikke at fryse om natten

Poolen var fyldt m blade
Der løbe vand ned på stien man skulle gå på
Vi blev trukket for et garanti beløb ved ankomsten som de ikke kunne betale tilbage ved afrejse. Andre steder nøjes de med at reservere et beløb, det ville være en bedre løsning.
Ikke rimeligt at de trækker et beløb de ikke kan overfører straks ved afrejse når man ikke får sine underskrevne papirer retur eller anden form for garanti.

wir waren nur 3 Nächte dort, so war es auszuhalten, jedoch für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich das Hotel nicht unbed

das Zimmer war extrem groß. die Lage ist gut. Sauber gute Handtücher.

Cons:

man hörte die ganze Nacht immer wieder eine art Generator oder ein ähnliches Geräusch - es kam unregelmäßig immer wieder.
die Bettwäsche war eine art künstlicher Satin und man schwitzt - eher unangenehm 😕
