Pros:

Es muy bonito, con habitaciones amplias y el baño también muy amplio, cuanta con agua caliente, la alberca es bonita y estuvo limpia durante toda nuestra estancia y la ubicación super céntrica.
Caminando al centro y a la laguna, muy práctico que cerca hay restaurantes buenos, que abren desde temprano para desayunar y tiendas abarrotes.

Nice design, spacious room, fine location.
Pros:

Good design, location easily walkable everywhere. Some nice decor, good to have a pool. We very spacious studio room with massive bed. Good air con.

Cons:

No atmosphere, staff never at reception and weren’t particularly friendly or helpful.

Très bien. Literie parfaite. Chambre très propre
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement dans Bacalar, la literie, et la propreté des chambres!

Cons:

L’établissement est vieillissant et aurait besoin d’un peu plus d’entretien. Des champignons poussent entre les rambardes du balcon, et la robineterie ainsi que les serrure et poignées de porte gagneraient à être changé.
Le personnel sur place est adorable.

Un lugar excelente.
Pros:

Una gran ubicación. Cerca de la laguna y del centro de Bacalar. Muy cerca de un gran lugar de gelato y cafe, suavecito, muy recomendable. El personal muy amable la limpieza muy bien .

Cons:

En la habitación que nos tocó tiene una ventana arriba de la cocina que entra demasiada luz. Unas cortinas o cubrir los vidrios estaría de lujo.

Personal atento, cerca de la laguna y el centro

Cons:

Los departamentos obscuros, lúgubres, el baño no tenía conexiones para poner una secadora o plancha del cabello. Es una zona muy ruidosa no se puede descansar.

Pros:

Camas cómodas habitaciones amplias buen aire acondicionado

Cons:

Nos dijeron que había parqueo no lo dejamos sobre la calle, la limpieza de las áreas comunes muy sucia piscina siempre con hojas, se veían muchachos muy calmados y no amables, quienes atendían hay lugares similares a menor precio

Spacious room, perfectly located!
Pros:

I was travelling with my 6 year old child. The location was absolutely perfect. A quick walk to an access to the laguna for a refreshing swim and some fun in the slides. We felt safe and the hotel itself was very very quiet. The room was quite spacious with a view of the pool.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the shower, was not on par with the rest of the room and the hotel itself. There was a cute bar area by the pool but i havent seen an employee there during my stay. Had i seen someone, i wouldve had a drink by the pool in the evening.
