Very pleasant stay in a central location at a great price!
Pros:

Great location, reasonably clean and great value for the price. Wonderful hot showers!

Cons:

A bit of a climb up the stairs but certainly manageable.

Pros:

Nothing. It is a dump.

Cons:

The first room offered had a 15 cm wide hole in the outside wall stuffed with rags and newspapers. We were able to take another. The outside area and lobby were dirty, as was the room. Yes, it is cheap and worn out but no excuse for how dirty it is. We found a far better place the next day in the same price range.

The high ratings given to the Villa is somewhat misleading.
Pros:

Property is in a strategic location. Public transportation aplenty and affordable. Wake up early if you want to have hot shower, else very cold water. Room is air-conditioned.

Cons:

1. No slippers in the room. 2. Very steep stairs to climb from road level to reach the property. Not suitable for elderlies and immobile customers. 3. Can be noisy when the other guests are not being considerate. 4. The common areas are always littered and the staff will just ignore the rubbish.
