Bad behavior.... hotel booked has changed by the owner.....forced to change option. very very poor.. why Booking.com is accepting third class offers
The staff was great and very attentive.
Sometimes it was difficult to communicate because we don't speak Hindi and some of the staff didn't speak English. It was difficult to find the property because of no signage on the roads leading to the hotel. Property needs maintenance.

1. Restaurant on the roof (but only one table in shadow).

3. The staff tries to help (taking their time and fulfilling your request very late)
1. The hotel is not brand new anymore, but it is still in good condition. However, the rooms could be cleaner. It’s best to wear shoes while walking around.
2. Most of the staff do not speak English, with only a few exceptions. They often say "yes," but unfortunately, follow-through can be inconsistent.
3. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served on the rooftop, which is a nice setting, but service tends to be slow—you may need to wait at least 30–45 minutes. Additionally, the plates used were basic plastic ones, and the overall hygiene in the restaurant was not up to standard. Tables were often not properly cleaned, and food handling did not seem very sanitary.
4. The menu can be misleading, as not all items are available, and the prices are sometimes higher than what is listed.
5. The Wi-Fi was quite unreliable, frequently disconnecting.
6. The electricity was unstable at times.
Overall, I believe there are better options available for the same price. You may choose to give it a try, but personally, I would not return.

There was nothing to like about the hotel! The reviews on booking.com is fake and were misleading. The actual hotel was in bad condition, no cleannesses at the entrance, no cleanse in the room and bathroom. Bathroom was full of dirts, no cleaning taken place after guest leaves. Bathroom was full
Of fungus around taps, Bidets. Soap dispenser was full of dirt. I had no choice to move from this hotel because we already paid. We did complain at the reception they were, they said there is nothing wrong here .
Rooms are as is. I would never recommend people to come and stay here, if you want to get sick with unhygienic conditions please avoid staying here.
The property wasn’t up to our expectations. The most dirtiest place to stay at hotel, full of fungus in the bathroom, very unhealthy for someone to have bath.

Rooms are not cleaned properly. Considering the room charges, standards are not up to the mark. Every hour, there is an issue of electricity tripping.
They charged an extra bed which fine but refused to give me receipts. The manager said they don't give receipts for the extra bed. I think they don't want to pay taxes.
Lizards in room. Tiles broken, wall painted very shabby, bath towels are very old.
Breakfast is not good at all. Tea was like boiled water, Poha was very dry, restaurant too hot. Air cooler was there, but employees were using it for themselves. There was no water in the restaurant toilet.
There is no lift if you are on st or 2nd floor.
