Beautiful grounds with both local thermal pools as well as well as access to nearby pools at the Santa Teresa Hotel.

The staff is amazing! They were very open to provide help regarding special needs we had.
Very nice park surrounding the hotel, spacious and well furinshed rooms, and very nice the relax area. The staff were friendly both at the restaurant and at reception.
Beautiful location with views of the surrounding volcanoes, lots of plants and greenery made it feel remote and tropical in a tranquil location. The hotel was designed very tastefully and sympathetic to the surroundings. The facilities were tranquil but exciting for the kids and very relaxing and peaceful with calming spa music played along the walkways and within the facilities. Staff were all friendly, polite and very welcoming.

The hotel pool area and the restaurant
Everything was great however, if you are looking to stay overnight you can hear everything, all night from motorcycles to trucks to music non stop, which i understand but, if you want to relax..a good night sleep is important. Windows and walls are not noise proof you hear everything all night. I enjoyed everything about my stay except for sleep.. I did not sleep at all from the noise. Also, the roads before entering the resort the roads have so much garbage and it is not appealing.
Beautiful comfortable place to stay,we booked 2 nights ,also we bought Thermal spa and hotel gave for us discounts ,we had dinners in the restaurant and food was delicious ,staff was very friendly
