If the owners improve facilities, it will be best
Pros:

Location is too near to centro and park. Attached fully equipped kitchen was big support. Owners of property were too supportive. Internet was too good

Cons:

The room was on the raod and street noise was disturbing. Hot water was not available. The washroom was outside the main room and it was difficult with kids. TV was not working well.

Es un lugar muy agradable, tranquilo y limpio, con estacionamiento propio y muy cerca del centro a pie. Los anfitriones muy amables. A mi familia y a mi, nos encantó!!

Pros:

Great location very central to visit the city.
They have private parking for 100$ per day.
Bed was big and comfortable.
Was the best option at a decent price in San Miguel de Allende.

Cons:

Initially we booked a room (the bigger one with the sofa) that had the toilet sort of out of the room but just next to it and if you need to go during the night it can be a bit annoying so we took the smaller room that has it straight in the room ( be careful on which you choose).

Great stay
Pros:

Comfortable room (only 2 in the property so it's quiet) set in a courtyard. Aldama Street is beautiful, and there is an attractive park opposite.

Hector is very friendly and speaks good English.

Cons:

Ceiling fan was very noisy so I didn't use it.

Pros:

Nice only two rooms so small kitchen use great location perfect area easy to get to everything. Price good

Pros:

Excellent location, just a couple of minutes for the main square and right beside a nice park. Quiet at night. Walkable to the bus station. Kitchen available to use. Water dispenser.

Hector was very welcoming, and my room was ready despite me arriving around noon.

Ideal for a night or two, and great value for SMA.

Cons:

Bathroom isn't actually attached, you have to go out into the corridor, but it's no big deal. Shower is very low - I (183cm) had to duck underneath it. No bedside lamp or table.
