Cons:

จองผ่านbooking ตัดบัตรเรียบร้อย(จองก่อนเข้าพักประมาณ2week) เพราะจะไปสอบท้องถิ่น ก่อนเข้าพัก2 วัน พนักงานโทรมาแจ้งว่า ห้องเต็ม จนท.ลืมปิดระบบ ต้องขอโทษด้วย แล้วจะให้ยกเลิก (ไม่รู้ว่าลืมปิดระบบห้องพักจริงๆหรือว่าจะรับจองโดยตรงกับทางโรงแรมไม่ทราบ) เพราะระยะเวลาค่อนข้างนานมาก กว่าจะโทรมาแจ้ง จนท.แจ้งว่าให้กดยกเลิก ตอนแรกก็คิดว่าจะกดยกเลิกอยู่หรอกแล้วเอาเงินคืนแต่ระบบไม่สามารถให้กดยกเลิกได้ และไม่คืนเงิน เลยโทรกลับไปใหม่แจ้งว่ากดไม่ได้ค่ะ ระบบไม่คืนเงิน แล้วจะยังไง จนท.บอกขอประสานงานกับผู้จัดการ แล้วจะติดต่อกลับ สรุปไม่มีการติดต่อกลับ จนต้องโทรไปถามเองอีกวันก่อนเข้าพัก สุดท้ายโรงแรมแก้ปัญหาให้ไปนอนในส่วนของที่พักรายเดือน ซึ่งก็นะ สภาพคนละแบบกับตัวโรงแรม ห้องน้ำยุงเยอะมาก ไม่สะอาด คงเพราะมันเป็นรายเดือนด้วยแหละ(เสียดายไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปไว้เพราะแค่เดินทางก็เหนื่อยแล้ว) ยังต่อมาเจออะไรแบบนี้อีก
ก็ขอบคุณในการแก้ปัญหา แต่ไม่ประทับใจมาก ไม่ประทับใจเลย 55555 ถ้าไม่ติดว่าเสียเวลาหาที่พักใหม่บวกกับช่วงสอบ น่าจะหายาก ก็อยากจะทำตัวให้มีปัญหามากกว่านี้อยู่ค่ะ เคยทำงานโรงแรมมาก่อน เลยนึกถึงใจเขาใจเราอยู่บ้าง

Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

Rooms are not properly clean. The duvet are itchy and lots of dust! Facilities are quit old and need to be renovated especially bathroom. Mattresses are not good at all

Pros:

It was a very basic room that was clean. The price was good and cheap, but you get what you pay for. It was good value for the money, and easy to get to. It was a good place to stopover between Udon Thani and chiang Mai.

Cons:

The air conditioner was old and made really loud noises all night long.
