Cons:

I booked for triple room but I was given a room with 2 single beds because the hotel was full. They shouldn't so that for my booking so my booking of triple room was not fulfilled. They just gave an extra bed for my friend for 2 nights. They prioritised the bigger groups than my booking for 3 people
