I was disappointed with the registration team at the front desk. My room was not what I expected don’t go based on there picture it’s not what they show on there website . Please look at there water fall view .

Excellent customer service

el menu muy variado y bueno , pero el desayuno no estuvo para nada bueno , el omelette muy picante y poco cocido. el personal que nos atendio si fue amable . el proceso de remodelación si se comprende . volveria por el lugar , muy bello y la playa buenísima . solo deben mejorar el desayuno porque lo sirven a la carta cuando hay pocos clientes hospedados por eso no había variedad. la habitación excelente y la cama me encantó .

When we got there, a staff member offered to show us around and wanted us to leave our bags in an unattended area where there were construction workers around. My husband told him that he didn’t want to leave our personal belongings there so he assumed that we had a fire arm in our luggage. He warned us that fire arms weren’t permitted, that there were cameras everywhere and that the owner was on the property. He was very suspicious of us and didn’t let up until I offered to let him search one of our bags. That was very unpleasant for us.
The prices at the restaurant are excessively high and some of the portions are very small. Also, there was no hot water in the room bathroom. We let the staff know but nothing was done. Finally, the ambiance music is horrible and doesn’t feel like you’re in a tropical country. I do want to give a shoutout to Kelvin. He was very nice and took very good care of us. However, we will not be returning to this hotel.

Positive: Carlos, Harley, and the bartender were PHENOMENAL!! The food was delicious and great.

Negative: The property's WIFI did not work in the rooms only in the restaurant. There was no hot water for showers or hand washing the entire time we were there.

The property has potential but did not live up to the advertisements on it's web site.
