Usually rooms are clean and neat as was this stay. But quality of bathroom fixtures and bedding wasn’t good this stay.
Pros:

Location is great. Staff is always great.

Cons:

This time the faucet in the bathroom was loose and didn’t work properly. Plenty of soap but no water pressure in the shower. No elevators and double long and steep stairs to reception area. Then often you have to climb another set of stairs to a room with your luggage.

Localização, cama boa, coberta, quarto grande, frigobar..

Cons:

A melhorar: travesseiros e o ar condicionado precisa de manutenção, estava gotejando em cima da cama.

La ubicación es buena

Cons:

el personal no es amable y no están dispuestos a ayudar en nada, además me cambiaron para una habitación más económica de una sola cama y me cobraron el precio alto de la habitación que yo reservé que era de dos camas, muchos zancudos en la habitación y mucho olor a humedad, la ropa de cama estaba vieja y rota, y el colchón causa dolor porque los resortes están salidos.
