NOT A SINGLE THING TO LIKE

Cons:

THERE IS NO ROOM BOY. ONLY ONE BOY FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL. SERVICE IS POOR. I PAID ONLINE BOOKING FOR 3 DAYS. I CHECKED OUT IN TWO DAYS. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND AMOUNT. OVER THE COUNTER RATE IS CHEAPER THAN THE ONLINE BOOKING. AIR CONDITIONERS ARE WAY OLD. NOT THE INVERTER AIR CONDITIONERS. THEY SWITCH ON AND OFF FREQUENTLY. GYSER CONTROL IS WITH THE MANAGEMENT. YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR GYSER SERVICE. ROOMS HAS NO OPENABLE / VISIBLE WINDOW.

Cons:

Had an issue with the air circulation in the room. It felt very stuffy, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to ventilate properly, making the room uncomfortable to stay in. At times, it even felt difficult to breathe.
This is something the hotel should seriously look into for guest comfort.
