Pros:

The Hotel is very clean with friendly well behaved staff and the Manager Mr. Chandranath Chatterjee’s personal care and involvement and leadership made all that difference . Heartiest congratulations to him. Food also is very tasty.

A good place for family stay
Pros:

Cleanliness and comfort. Rooms were very good and spacious

Cons:

There is no restaurant to dine in however they had in room dining facilities. No breakfast

Good property. Staff is also helpful. Enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

Food charges were high. Sandwich costing 150 and don't have chatni and potato.

We need variety and unlimited buffai.

Cons:

The staff must be trained in English or Hindi for better communication with visitors.Hospitility and cooperation are excellent. Little improvement for Dinning and kitchen facilities. Wishing for better service in near future.Allotted the best.

Great stay in the holy town
Pros:

Decent service. Hotel staff were very helpful. Overall a good stay. Rooms were also very comfortable. The manager went out of his way to make the stay comfortable.

Cons:

Geysers in the washroom were slow in functioning. The property needs to add an in house restaurant to enable dining options though in room dining facilities were available.
