Otelin konumu tek kelimeyle harika; Old Town ve görülmesi / gezilmesi gereken yerlerin pek çoğu yürüme mesafesinde, çok düzgün ve kaliteli bir muhitte. Kahvaltısı tatminkar, oda, banyo genişliği ve mefruşat kalitesi çok iyi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Minibardaki içme suları günlük yenileniyor.

An absolutely wonderful stay!

This was my first time in Tbilisi, and as a Black woman traveling alone, I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, respected, and cared for.

The breakfast was exceptional !!!!! Honestly one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in my life. Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the vegetables and cucumbers. Every morning was a real pleasure.

The reception staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Their English was excellent, which made everything very easy. On the day of my departure, I had a very early flight, and the receptionist went above and beyond to help me. He even spoke with my Uber driver and carefully explained how I was dressed so that I could be found easily and without any confusion.

Everything was perfect from start to finish.

To any Black travelers who may feel hesitant or have concerns before visiting Tbilisi: this hotel made me feel like a queen. I was treated with kindness, warmth, and respect throughout my stay.

If I could give 1,000 points instead of 10, I absolutely would.

Thank you for such a memorable experience. 💋❤️

Очень комфортный отель
Прекрасный добродушный персонал. Очень хорошие завтраки. Отель практически новый, стильный и уютный. Всего 18 больших и просторных номеров. В номерах практически всё предусмотрено для гостей ( каждый день новые полотенца, тапочки, вода, бар, ковровое покрытие на полу, халаты...) Рядом старый город с множеством ресторанчиков и множеством достопримечательностей.
Следующий раз, если приеду, обязательно буду стараться попасть в этот отель.
