Perfect overnight stay to catch ferry
Pros:

Perfect location (5’ walk to the Tioman Ferry). Also close to shops and restaurants. Ideal for an overnight stay to reach an early ferry.
The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Checkin and checkout (self) was very easy. The owner even advised and arranged ground transportation.

Cons:

No elevator (was not an issue for us)

Pros:

Small room good for short stay. Clean and near the ferry terminal and bus stops.
Host was friendly andveasy to communicate with.
Complimentary water and snacks were nice suprise!

Bonne halte avant de s’embarquer.
Pros:

Chambre grande, très propre et bien équipée. Le départ des ferrys est tout proche. Le gérant donne de bons conseils, notamment pour les restaurants.

Nice and clean
Pros:

We stayed for one night to catch the ferry next day. The room is minimalistic but had everything we needed. Contact via WhatsApp was perfect, we got clear instructions to access the room and the host was very friendly.

Clean, aircond function well, can choose private bathroom or shared, services is good after booking right away get details from owner, parking easy not crowded, got water filter outside room while in room have drinking water, got snack, shower got hot water

Clean, comfortable one night stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable room with everything we needed for one night while waiting for the ferry to Tioman. It’s a ten minute walk from both the bus and the ferry. Koh is extremely helpful and responsive. We also loved the restaurant across the street for breakfast. Overall, a great short stay in Mersing!

Perfect for transitioning between the main land & islands.
Pros:

The room was actually as previous reviews described, Very basic & clean with your own en-suite bathroom & air conditioning. Access to hot water & a selection of noodles in the communal room if you arrive later, with water & snacks in the bedroom. The guest house is in a quiet area & I felt safe staying here with my daughter. The owners are also very happy to help with providing a car & driver if you need one. Great commutation with the owners prior to arrival & during. Highly recommend
