Recommend
Pros:

Easy to find place, on my arrival day had plenty parking spaces, easy to pay for it. Rooms are spacious with nice comfy beds, i slept on sofa bed a little squeaky, but i think because of new.
Location was perfect for us, as we had Plesure Beach booked that day, we had a nice walk for food later. Or tram stop just cross the road available.

Pros:

Ideal location by the sea, plenty of spaces in the car park, very easy out of hours check in and had a quick response from the staff whenever I messaged them. Very modern which is rare in Blackpool.

Cons:

Need more throughly cleaning, our feet were black after walking 5 minutes on the floor. Both blinds could not be pulled up as they were broken. Under the sofa in the living room was filthy, including an old dirty fork. Definitely needs a deep clean.

Disappointing and a waste of money.

The location was good

Cons:

There were no openable windows in one of the bedrooms which made being in there unbearable in the 32 degree heat. Also sleeping in there was impossible we ended up on the floor in the main living area. Even with that the windows in the living area weren’t helpful as the didn’t open much at all. We did reach out to the staff via this app but they weren’t very helpful. We ended up checking out a day early as the kids couldn’t sleep due to the heat and humidity in the apartment. They definitely need to sort out ventilation in the property.

Great apartment in a good location
Pros:

Great apartment with good facilities. There is tram stop right outside & next to the pleasure beach. Beds were comfy. Great value for money
