Serious improvements needed ASAP.
Pros:

Staff were attentive and assisted well.Location is great.Beds were good.

Cons:

I stayed at room number 401 and I feel the following needs serious corrections and immediate improvements.

1. The room furniture edges behind the beds need to be cleaned behind the crevices. There were visible dustband cobwebs and Fibre wool visible and on floor.
2.The bedside table between the two beds fell on my right leg toe on day one, upon arrival when I kept something on it at room number 401. No bleeding but a pain the entire next day while there was a temporary clot under the toe nail, but I could walk.
3.The toilet potty had a piece broken on the inside rim on the right and the flushing force is weak.There were no tissues in the washrooms.
4. The basin taps are not comfortable to open and close, and no option for hot and cold water.
5. The bath shower is not proper and hot/cold water system is not great either.
6. Bathroom were not clean and fresh and has a dim light. Bathroom did not have an amenity kit. Bathroom walls and insides of the doors were not scrubbed clean.
There is no quality control.on the hygiene conditions of the bathroom. The room hygiene conditions are poor and needs serious improvements and monitoring by the cleaning supervisors.

The House keeping supervisors need to monitor the cleaning process systematically.


7. Room lights need a dimmer switch.
8.The airconditioner cools slowly and needs a check for accuracy. The AC needs immediate replacement.
9. The ceiling fans don't have a calibrated regulator and does not work smoothly at higher speeds.
10. The meal selection menu is just basic and does not have a wider options.
11. The Lampshades covers were rusted.
12.The TV did not have any channels subscribed and no operati
13. Its time to update the interior decorations.
14. There was no Safety grills on and outside the window.
15. I noticed gaps in the walks between the stairs and floor, that needs to be closed.
16. The mirrors did not have a certification label stating whether its a one way and not a 2 way mirror.

Location is close to station so you can easily walk to the hotel. Hotel staffs were very helpful and rooms were properly cleaned.

Very bad condition of room
Pros:

Room not properly clean, mosquito were there, couldn't able to sleep properly. Bathroom fittings were bad condition, room telephone not working for calling reception, I had to call their Landline from my phone again and again, staff was not cooperative, not going to stay here again even if provided for free.
