Saratoga Hotel Sultanahmet

Das Frühstücksangebot war toll. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet. Auf Extrawünsche (Spiegelei, extra Gebäck - das wurde frisch zubereitet und war noch warm, ganz lecker) ist man eingegangen. Freundlichkeit des Personals, sie haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt (Buchung von Tagestouren, extra Kaffee auf dem Zimmer). Die Lage zur Blauen Moschee, der Hagia Sophia und der Altstadt war wunderbar.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great time. The place was great value for money, and a super good location (as mentioned in other reviews!). Breakfast was lovely and the woman making it even better! We found the room to be super quiet. The best part about it the hotel was the service from the people working there. We had great communication prior to our stay about our airport transfer and the workers were always keen to help with anything and everything. The owner even helped me resolve an issue I had with a local laundromat and I can’t thank him enough!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Saratoga Hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Sultanahmet's main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

A special thank you to the lady who prepared breakfast every morning. She was incredibly kind, warm, and motherly, making us feel at home. The breakfast did not have a huge variety, but everything was fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality—absolutely loved it.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

L'accueil d'Hasan et de ses employés est vraiment chaleureux. Ils sont toujours au petit soin. Ils répondaient à toutes nos attentes. La chambre était très propre et très bien équipée.
L'emplacement est idéal. Très agréable pour visiter Sultanahmet et les quartiers adjacents. C'était vraiment super.

My husband and I recently went on our very first family holiday with our 10-month-old son, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made.

From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by genuinely kind, caring, and welcoming people. The entire team made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly valued as guests. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly special.

As parents traveling with a baby, cleanliness is very important to us, and everything was absolutely spotless. Our room, the bathroom, the towels, the bed linens, and even our baby’s crib were all perfectly clean and well maintained.

The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast prepared with love by the wonderful Mrs. Azize. It felt warm, authentic, and full of care—just like a meal at home.

A special thank you goes to the hotel manager and the entire staff. They constantly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The manager is one of the most humble, generous, and kind-hearted people we have ever met. We were especially touched when he invited our family to celebrate his birthday with him. That gesture meant so much to us and is something we will never forget. ❤️

Since our baby is formula-fed, I often needed access to the kitchen to prepare his meals. The kitchen facilities were excellent—clean, organized, and always available whenever we needed them.

I would also like to thank the wonderful housekeeping team, who kept our room immaculate every day, and the young staff members who were always ready to help with a smile. No request was ever too much for them.

What makes this hotel truly special is not only the beautiful facilities but the people who work there. Their kindness, generosity, and genuine care made us feel completely at home. Thanks to them, our first trip as a family became a memory we will cherish forever.

we had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The breakfast was excellent, and Aziza made the experience even better with her hospitality and delicious cakes

First off, the service was truly wonderful. From the moment we entered on the first we were greeted with exceptional warmth and made to feel right at home. We were constantly in and out during our stay and every time we returned the person at the reception was so kind and welcoming. The were very helpful and attentive to all our needs and constantly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
The breakfast was also lovely. My wife and i loved it. I regret to say I didn't get the name of the lady who cooked it but she did a wonderful job and she was always very kind to us every time we went down to eat.

My only minor gripe (it is a minor picky one, doesnt warrant going in the other section) was that our room was awkwardly shaped as you may see from the pictures of the balcony room. It was awkward getting out of the bed when on the side of the slope and you have to be careful otherwise you'll hit your head. However this was clear from the pictures so no fault of the hotel of course. If you've slept in an attic you'll be used to it.
However the view from the balcony is really nice. You get a partial view of the bosphorous (or the golden horn idk)

We really loved the hotel. We were there on a family vacation. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The accommodations were excellent. The location was also convenient—right in the heart of the old city and close to famous landmarks. Best of all, the hotel owner himself always greets guests and is ready to help with anything. These days, it’s nice to see and feel when people are dedicated to their work and do everything from the heart. If you also appreciate this kind of relationship and service, then the Saratoga Sultanahmet Hotel is waiting for you!

We were very happy with our stay at Saratoga Hotel. The hotel is cozy, clean, and in a great location. Many of Istanbul’s main attractions are within walking distance, which made our trip very convenient.

The room was cleaned regularly, the towels were always fresh, and the bed linens were changed often. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout our stay.

We also enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good selection of food, everything was fresh, and it was a great way to start the day.

The atmosphere at the hotel was calm and pleasant, making it a comfortable place to return to after a busy day exploring the city. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.
