Magnifique sejour .
Pros:

Sejour super relaxant, un personnel a l ecoute merci a Youcef, Ayoub et l équipe qui font un travail extraordinaire.Sont aux petits soins, je recommande vraiment le sejour pension complète car carte et vraiment a l image de la spécialité Marocaine

Pros:

Had a great stay here, staff are all very friendly and the property was beautiful, I stayed in one of the new rooms which was lovely! It is slightly out of the way but a great place to relax and very easy to get transfers into the medina, I would highly recommend staying here!

Pros:

Après avoir réservé sur la base des avis sur l établissement Dar Ilham, je me suis rendu compte que l établissement avait changé de propriétaire sans en avoir été prévenu ni par l établissement ni par hotels.com

Le cadre, le jardin, la piscine très jolis
La table de ping pong aussi utile pour occuper les enfants

Hôtel situé à une vingtaine de minute de la médina donc voiture ou taxi impératif

Bien que de bonne volonté, le personnel était jeune et peu expérimenté, cela s est traduit par des attentes très longues lors des dîners, des petits déjeuners ouverts à 8h mais réellement prêts vers 9h.

Les chambres sont assez mal isolées et nous entendions le retour tardifs des voisins

Malgré le fait d avoir fait part de notre déception aux nouveaux propriétaires, qui s en sont certes excusé, aucun geste commercial effectué.

Je pense que l hôtel aurait dû accepter les réservations à partir du moment ou le staff était formé et prêt. Pas des la reprise.

Nous avons eu l impression de payer le prix normal avec un niveau de service attendu qui n était vraiment pas au rendez vous
