Close to the central market, metro is not far. Friendly staff. Good but simple breakfast.

Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудника по имени Сергей. Это настоящий профессионал своего дела: внимательный, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь в любой ситуации. Благодаря его компетентности и доброжелательности пребывание в гостинице стало ещё более приятным и спокойным.

Хорошее месторасположение. Всего 5-7 минут пешком до центра. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Старались выполнить любую просьбу.

When we stayed at this hotel, I really liked the tidy and spacious room that we booked. The room was big enough for 4 people and there were comfortable beds. The bathroom was really clean. The hotel supplied it with toiletries, which was really nice. The living room had a TV so we weren't bored during the rainy days. It also had an electric kettle (even though there was another one in the kitchen upstairs) so we could drink tea or coffee anytime we wanted. The breakfast in the hotel was SOOOOOO delicious and nutritious The hotel cheff was pretty kind and attentive to us.The hotel is located really close to the city's centre so it's an advantage to walk and enjoy viewing Yerevan than to order a taxi and get stuck in traffic. I really liked that the hotel provided Free WiFi.

A nice small apartment hotel close to the city center. The staff are very polite and friendly, the room is spacious and has everything you need: a TV, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, a toothbrush, etc. There is also a shared kitchen available with tea, coffee, dishes, and utensils. In the morning, they serve a hearty breakfast. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, and the main street below has well-developed infrastructure. For its price, it’s a great option!

la struttura è ottima in relazione al prezzo, la colazione inclusa è una colazione salata non a buffet ma c’è una signora che cucina qualcosa di diverso ogni giorno; la parte migliore è stato il nostro host, non sa parlare molto bene l’inglese ma siamo riusciti a scambiarci molte chiacchiere con il traduttore

El personal estuvo pendiente a nuestra llegada y nos recibió sin problema a pesar de llegar un poco tarde. La habitación estaba impecable a nuestra llegada. El desayuno está bien. La ubicación es muy buena. Está a 5 minutos andando de varios sitios turísticos y 15 desde la plaza de la República.
