Предложенный номер был без окон, хотя внутри более-менее приемлемо, пару ночей переночевать можно.
Pros:

Расположение недалеко от центра и в пешей доступности от основных достопримечательностей.
Номер достаточно чистый, хоть и не новый.

Cons:

Администратор не имеет бейджа, не понятно как к нему обращаться, сам не представился (ненавязчивый советский сервис).
На просьбу вызвать такси, предложили самостоятельно заказать через Яндекс?
Завтрак весьма скромный и не предполагает никакого выбора, все на вкус и усмотрение повара.
Название отеля в Букинг не соответствует вывеске на здании.

Nav labu iespaidu.
Pros:

Man nepatika nekas. Netīrs, nebija nomazgāti pat maisītāji. Gultas veļa ar pleķiem. Saplaisājuši griesti, briesmīga skaņas izolācija. Samaksāju par pilnu periodu, jo atteikt nebija iespējams, paliku tikai pāris stundas.

Номер без особых изысков цена - качество, практически там не находились, поэтому вполне устроил, в принципе распоряжение удобное, единственный и большой минус был в отсутствии Wi-Fi, который все 4 дня нашего проживания налаживали, отель старенький, требует ремонта ,особенно кухня,но персонал хороший, хочется отметить Елену на ресепшн, очень отзывчивая девушка, а отличии от другого менеджера. Если не сильно придираться, то можно остановится,

Cons:

The walls in the rooms were dirty, some furniture was broken. We could not use the washing machine as it had been broken for a long time. Moreover, we had to wait for 3 days to get an iron. Sometimes the cleaning lady didnt come to clean, we had to ask.
WiFi didnt work normally at all, we had to use only mobile internet.
Well, breakfasts were nice.

Oda genişti, temizdi, konumu iyiydi

Cons:

Öğlen-akşam arası dinlenmek için odada olursanız asla uyuyamazsınız, bir dans okulu vardı ve sanki üst katta tepiniyorlardı. Kahvaltı olarak da 2-3 çeşit ürün vardı aç kaldım ama personelden yumurta kırmasını istedim yaptığı için onu yedim. O yüzden sorun etmedim.

Утром представитель отеля подтвердил бронь, за час до заселения другой представитель отеля позвонил и бронь отменил. Пришлось в срочном порядке искать новое жилье. Считаю подобное неприемлемым. Не рекомендую.

Pros:

Чистота, порядок, удобное расположение ( в центре города), отзывчивый персонал. Отдельное спасибо хозяину гостиницы, администратору Лене и конечно же Лусинэ, которая обеспечивала чистоту и порядок, а так же вкусный завтрак!
Обязательно ещё приедем и смело могу порекомендовать своим друзьям и близким.
Побывав во многих странах и городах, не перестаю восхищаться армянским гостеприимством и отзывчивостью🤍

Personnel disponible et à l'écoute, l'emplacement est excellent et le petit déjeuner parfait pour commencer la journée.

Il y a une école de danse dans le bâtiment voisin, ma chambre en était très proche, c'était très bruyant jusqu'à 21h30 parfois.
