A nice small apartment hotel close to the city center. The staff are very polite and friendly, the room is spacious and has everything you need: a TV, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, a toothbrush, etc. There is also a shared kitchen available with tea, coffee, dishes, and utensils. In the morning, they serve a hearty breakfast. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, and the main street below has well-developed infrastructure. For its price, it’s a great option!
The floor under the table in the room was a little sticky.

El personal estuvo pendiente a nuestra llegada y nos recibió sin problema a pesar de llegar un poco tarde. La habitación estaba impecable a nuestra llegada. El desayuno está bien. La ubicación es muy buena. Está a 5 minutos andando de varios sitios turísticos y 15 desde la plaza de la República.
Se escucha un poco de ruido del pasillo en las noches, pero realmente esto es cuestión de respeto de los otros huéspedes.

Кімната наче нормальна, але вигляд наче це хостел і запах неприємний.
По-перше сніданок. Це просто жах. Зранку їжа як в обід. Ні кави, ні йогурту, ні круасану ви не знайдете. І не тільки нема вибору, а тобі як в шкільній столовій накладають порцію. Три картоплинки, чи наприклад гречка з яйцем. Вибачте але це взагалі не схоже на сніданок. І їжа максимально проста. Наче бідніше вже нема куди.
Місцерозташування наче в центрі але сам готель (я б сказала хостел) знаходиться десь в дворах і його непросто знайти. За таку ціну могло б бути і щось краще.

The breakfast was complete and very good. The hotel owner was very kind, respectful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant.
The woman working in the kitchen was very clean and prepared delicious breakfasts every day.
One of the best parts of this hotel was the shared kitchen. It was very clean, well-organized, and fully equipped. Having access to it helped us save money by cooking our own meals instead of eating out.
The location was excellent, very close to the main sightseeing attractions and also near affordable chain supermarkets.
Overall, everything was excellent and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
