Pros:

Room was not as mentioned in ad. Balcony was not useful being at ground level. Room was not cleaned when we entered. Requested them to change bed sheets and pillows. They also charge extra for heat in room

The atmosphere was quite friendly and cooperative. The front desk manager provided with the necessary guidance for sightseeing and ways to get around. The heater charges are extra. A small heater is not enough for the cold weather. Be sure to request the larger size heater. The room with an upgrade has a size able large balcony. The balcony easily slides open, and the monkeys could access the food etc. and leave a mess. At times, phone stopped working, was fixed, though no manager is on site 24/7. The breakfast is not buffet, and the choices are limited.
Overall, an enjoyable cozy abode.
