Parfait. Très bien passé.
Pros:

L’accueil a été très agréable. L’hôtel calme et propre. Très bien placé. Ni trop près ni trop loin du centre. Parfait

Cons:

Si je veux être pointilleuse, j’aurais aimé avoir un tabouret ou deuxième chaise pour pouvoir manger à deux. (Appartement avec kitchenette) et la clim’ m’a manqué en temps de canicule mais c’était top. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’hôtel.

Für den Preis eine hervorragende Unterkunft, insbesondere auch die Lage, ruhig und zentral

Ich kam mit gebrochenem Fuß - man bemühte sich sehr, es mir so bequem wie möglich zu machen.

Cons:

Das Kitchenette hatte alles, was man braucht, war aber sehr klein und ohne Steckdose. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht intuitiv zu bedienen, und es gab keine Anleitung. Wo sie stand, war eine Steckdose unzugänglich und vom Fernseher belegt. Strom für den Wasserkocher habe ich in Fußbodennähe an der Eingangstür geholt, wobei das Gerät auf dem Boden stehen musste. Alternativ hätte ich allerdings die Steckdose für die Nachttischlampe hinter dem Nachttisch benutzen können.

Unable to stay, unpleasant & unfortunate experience making traveling for work stressful.

Arrived on a Sunday noon for working reasons to find out that the accommodation is a shared building to a restaurant. Communication about checking in with the staff was unresponsive and when I arrived, after ringing the bell quite a few times and ignored, the welcoming member was a kitchen employee that assisted me with the wrong room keys. The temperature outside was like 36 degrees, during heatwave in Germany and the room was so warm and hot inside I could die, no blinds on the windows to put down, only a fan from the 90s for the room, the fridge wasn't working either. When I asked the manager there said there's nothing he could do, I literally had to beg for a free cold water bottle, and that I had to communicate with them on a Monday. Of course wouldn't spend the night there for obvious professional reasons and had to find last minute options for accommodation which was greatly stressful as they would stay open 'til 21.30. After this experience I spent one week dealing with booking and customer service to get a refund back. Not suggested...

Chambre, pas faite, chauffage dans la salle de bain à fond avec une tempé 40° ,un petit ventilateur

en arrivant, la chambre n’était pas faite, il était presque 18 heures, nous avons demandé des draps propres et des serviettes que nous n’avons eu que le lendemain vers 11 heures , mais avec de quoi faire un lit d’une place, et nous étions deuxLe chauffage de la salle de bain était à fond alors qu’il faisait presque 40°, ils ont dû enlever une pièce pour l’éteindre. Nous avons passé une nuit horrible…. Pas d’obscurité dans la chambre..

Cons:

nous voulions voir le match de la coupe de monde pour la france , il ne le passait pas c’était dommage car la veille ils avaient passé le match de l’Allemagne… et l’appartement n’était pas propre serviette, pas de draps propre… le personnel n’est pas très agréable.

Ein grossartiger Ort, wo man sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag ausruhen und sich wohlfühlen kann.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr angenehm, grosszügig und intelligent eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile ist klein, aber es fehlt an nichts. Ein grossartiges Extra für ein Zimmer in dieser Preisklasse.
