Cons:

The hotel rejected the booking, I am very disappointed the service from Booking.com
I have raised my concern to booking.com online portal but no feedback. I have raised grievance but team is not even bother to respond me back

The hotel is in a good place, the morning view from the gallery is good, the behavior of the staff is good.

Here we enjoyed the taste of the hotel's black coffee and veg biryani.

Cons:

Exhaust fan even not in bathroom. Kitchen facility not available. They are not ready to buy from nearby shops/ hotels. They were asking to manage by ourselves.
No hands wash provided.
It was experienced as of lodge or dharmshala not at all hotel.

Location wise very good,cleanliness very good, staff prompt and well mannered

Cons:

No hot water facility after noon , drinking water not given,no sitting while bathing in bathroom available, renovations still in progress that disturbs whole day

Cons:

Toiletaries were not provided. Receptionist was unfriendly. Never picked up the phone. Even to order tea , one was personally required to go to the receptionist. Only poha and tea was available for breakfast

please complete the renovation first and then start the hotel

Cons:

nothing was like they showed on photos. had booked for 2 nights, but couldn’t stay there for more than few hours. they were under going renovation, but they should have closed down the unit till then. the toilets had no toiletries, cold water, bad rustic fittings, unclean toilets. bedding were soiled. no restaurant for breakfast. limited with out option breakfast was served in room in broken crockery. pathetic condition. not recommended to be on booking.com site, which we trust completely before booking hotels. poor location, no means of transport available nearby, staff ok, nothing much to do. sorry but this time in many years, booking.com surprised me in a negative way.
