Basic, could be better.
Pros:

It did everything it said on the tin - a room with beds, a bathroom and basic kitchen facilities. Air con was great.

Cons:

Internet was woeful, probably better to not to even offer it with the speed and constant drop outs. Don't book here if you need to work or plan on accessing the Internet for anything.
Rooms could do with a bit of modernising.
An open bottle of milk in the fridge may save costs and reduce waste, but we didn't touch it as who knows 🤷

Value for money - just bring your ear plugs!
Pros:

It was affordable and conveniently located. Service was good - the staff promptly arrived to change a light bulb and deliver cutlery. Bathroom seemed to be freshly renovated.

Cons:

Our unit was too close to a busy road so it was pretty noisy and affected our sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if coming back to the area
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful manager who was available at the drop of a hat to assist wherever needed. Check in easy. Very clean and tidy facilities. Lovely atmosphere, the garden flowers were beautiful

It was very clean and had nice kitchen with everything in it was very happy .
