Area is full of wild, growling (possibly rabid) dogs. And swarms of mosquitoes.
No proper roads leading to the place.
No signs identifying the place.
Landlady offered refund and then avoided returning money. Had to take legal action.
Place had Texas Chainsaw Massacre vibes.
