Good.
Pros:

Daniela was super helpful and the lady who was chef. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Not as nice as I thought, lots of cigarette smoke so my room smelled a lot like it when I arrived but after leaving the window open it got better. Not a lot of light in my room.

a really nice stay made nicer by the attitude and manners of ALL the staff we will be back
Pros:

The staff were exceptional Daniella in particular made our stay such a welcoming smile each and every morning nothing was too much trouble for her she made the hotel come alive the other staff were also very friendly
car parking was great its location just outside of Tirana city was ideal only a bus ride away and plenty of places to eat just a short ride away

Cons:

As in most hotels, the lighting in the room is always an issue for me I can't stand dimpsy lighting as I can't see when I drop something and I also can't get used to the idea of a wet room. shower water should stay in the shower tray, even if the room is a wet room but both were sorted with a bit of ingenuity would I stay there again YOU BET YOU at drop, well after i made sure Danellia was still there
