We had a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent

Cons:

The elevator broke on our second day and we had to carry our bags down a flight of stairs. I have to think that this was an unexpected problem.

A lovely, tasteful hotel in the centre of Brugges .
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Brugges with an excellent host.
The rooms are comfortable, very clean and there is an elevator.

Cons:

It lacked AC. We happened to be there during a heat wave and a fan was not sufficient.
The furniture in the very gracious and inviting garden could be more comfortable.

Pourquoi pas, mais avec des réserves.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à 2-3 minutes du cœur de Bruges. L'hébergement se trouve à 2 minutes d'un incroyable restaurant, le Mozart, pour lequel il n'y a pas assez de superlatifs assez forts pour décrire la déco, les plats et les prix des plus accessibles.
La patronne nous a fourni un plan de la ville et divers autres bons de réductions. Nous avons également obtenu des lits jumeaux, selon notre souhait. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Cependant, aucun fruit n'était présent au buffet, alors que c'est une saison idéale pour cela. Un petit jardin nous a permis de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors, au frais.

Cons:

À la fin du séjour, nous avons demandé à la patronne de commander un taxi pour 7h30, car nous devions prendre le train. Ayant eu des retards avec la SNCF sur le trajet pour Bruges, je suis retournée vers la dame en lui demandant d'informer le chauffeur que nous aimerions partir à 7h et non à 7h30. Madame a téléphoné devant moi en flamand et m'a répondu que nous serions "à l'heure", avec un sourire, ce qui m'a quelque peu intriguée. Puis, comme nous avions payé pour 3 petits déjeuners, j'ai demandé s'il était possible de prendre un café à emporter et un petit en-cas pour la route. Elle m'a sèchement répondu que la salle à manger ouvrait à 8h pile et non à 7h.
Dimanche donc, nous sommes sorties à 7h pour attendre le taxi, lequel n'est pas venu à l'heure voulue, mais à...7h30. Quand je lui ai dit que nous souhaitions un taxi pour 7h, il m'a répondu qu'elle n'avait rien précisé et qu'il ne lui avait parlé qu'une seule fois. Bref, inacceptable !

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw, goede uitleg waar er in de stad allemaal te bezichtigen valt , ontbijt was in orde.

Cons:

Wij logeerde tijdens een hittegolf en miste toch de airco op de kamer. Er was wel een ventilator voorzien maar gaf niet het ideale comfort.

Fantastic option to stay within a few hundred meter to the city center!!
Pros:

So many things to like. Location, cleanliness, parking garage 100m away, staff, towels….i loved it all.

The owner was sweet, helpful and such a kind person. The room was very clean and I loved the smell of the towels. The breakfast is nice and quaint and the seating areas very abundant. I stopped before check in to ask directions to parking and it was literally right around the corner. It was only 17euro for 24hrs which I find excellent while being so close to the tourist area.

I can’t think of anything to mention that would seem negative as I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say.

Centralt beläget bra boende ett stenkast från stora torget. Mycket välstädat rum med sköna sängar. Stort badrum med allt man behövde. Bra men lite lätt rörig frukost.

Hotelli sopi meille erinomaisesti; rauhallinen, viihtyisä, kaunis paikka, jossa sai rauhoittua, rentoutua ja levätä hyvin. Huone oli kaunis ja toimiva 3 hengelle. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja terveellinen. Emäntä tarjoili tuoremehut pöytiin. Aamiaisen sai nauttia myös puutarhassa. Sijainti oli mainio, vanhassa kaupungissa. Emäntä oli ystävällinen.

Pros:

Location was really good, five minutes walk from the city center, which then led to the other sights of the city. The hotel is lovely, and our host was very knowledgeable about the sights and gave us a thorough introduction to the city - following her advice we've really enjoyed the city. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice, the prepared cold cuts changed every day, so it was good to have some variety. The little garden off the breakfast area was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

It was a bit difficult to find/open the entrance (either one).
