The staff were very friendly and always happy to help whenever we needed anything.
The location was excellent the tram is right on the doorstep, Geneva train station is just a 5-minute walk away, and the lake is around a 10-minute walk. Very convenient, especially for families with children.
Breakfast was good overall, although there is room for improvement. It would be nice to have the option to choose how you would like your eggs prepared. 😊
I would also strongly suggest keeping meat and non-meat items completely separate. For example, the spoon for the beans was placed on the same plate as the spoon for the sausages. This could lead to cross-contamination and is particularly important for guests who are vegetarian or eat halal. A little more care in this area would make the breakfast experience much better and more inclusive for everyone.

Très décevant,ça ne correspond pas du tout au photos sur booking,mobilier très vétuste,propreté moyenne,rien que le petit déjeuner une fois le jour du départ catastrophique en plus on continue notre chemin pour une autre ville suisse en s'est arrêté en urgence pour des diarrhée

le personnel était très accueillant et à l'écoute: ils nous ont permis de faire le cheik out à 13H et les bagages étaient rangés à la conciègerie le temps de finir notre visite de Genève.
