Pros:

Le lieu en bord de lac est très sympa. Repas copieux et très bons.

Cons:

La chambre toute petite sans vue avec deux lits simples pour 59€ c'est un peu exagéré

Super Lage und freundliche Gastgeber
Pros:

Schöne Lage direkt am Strand, super Angebot an Leihdingen (Kanu, SUP etc). Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Essen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer ohne Seeblick sind ziemlich dunkel und überteuert.

Pros:

Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Am Strand war es sauber und schön. Die Umgebung und die schöne Landschaft waren toll für Spaziergänge. Es sollte einem jedoch bewusst sein, dass es in der nahen Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants gibt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht besonders gemütlich. Der Teppichboden war unhygienisch. Es gab lediglich einen Wasserkocher aber keine Tassen oder ähnliches. Das Essen in der Unterkunft war gut aber es gab sehr wenig Auswahl. Jeden Tag gab das gleiche und nur drei verschiedene Gerichte. Für uns wäre das Zimmer OK gewesen allerdings war der Preis dafür völlig überteuert und unangemessen.

Paradiesisch ruhiger, friedlicher Ort
Pros:

Eine Nacht im Paradies. So schön hier, ganz familiär, alle total lieb. Das Essen war gut, es gab keine große Auswahl, aber was zubereitet wurde war köstlich. Der Blick zum See, der ruhige Privatstrand, es gibt eine Bar am Strand, man kann sich dort jederzeit Kaffee oder Drinks gönnen, man kann ein paar Aktivitäten buchen gegen Aufpreis.

Cons:

Man muss halt schauen wie man hinkommt dort. Wir sind mit dem Taxi von Sevan gefahren für 6500 und der Rücktransport wurde uns freundlicherweise vom Personal organisiert, der hat 8000 gekostet.

Wonderful, care filled service, comfortable facilities.
Pros:

We wanted to view the milky way and watch the stars, and the village of Artanish seemed to have the least light pollution. Our upper story room had a balcony with a view of the water, and a private bathroom. The rooms were clean with nice extras like poofs and quilts. The short walk to the beach was convenient to watch the sunrise over the water. But the dedicated team were really the stars, the owners and staff offered a wonderful welcome, were gracious hosts and offered delicious meals. We noticed apparatus near the beach to make the water accessible for wheelchairs and those who may need assistance, it was really encouraging to see efforts to make lake Sevan accessible for all.

Уютное местечко, куда хочется вернуться
Pros:

Прекрасное место, куда хочется вернуться! Виды, природа - всё очень красиво, приятно там находиться. Всё очень по-домашнему и уютно.
Отдельное спасибо очень гостеприимным и добрым работникам - Мариам и Вардуи! Еда оочень вкусная, домашняя. Толма сильно лучше той, что я ел в Ереване. Также очень скучаем по собачке Линде

Cons:

Из небольших недостатков - в душе было холодновато, и вода довольно неравномерно нагревается, напор слабоват. Но мы были в конце апреля - пока ещё довольно холодная погода для Севана, даже выпал снег за ночь, поэтому это играло роль. Летом было бы лучше в этом плане

Ещё касательно ванны/туалета - было бы здорово сделать какую-нибудь полку/подставку для зубной пасты и щётки, а то места у раковины маловато

Pros:

Lovely place at the shore of Lake Sevan run by very friendly and accomodating hosts. We only stayed one night during our road trip but would be happy to stay longer during summer.

The highlight of our stay was an exceptional dinner - a delicious fish from the lake nearby with a great variety of local sides and snacks.

Cons:

The room rate might be a little steep considering the equipment, size and overall comfort level of the room but the hosts and their exceptional care made the price worth it.

Te duur voor wat je ervoor terug krijgt.
Pros:

- Het uitzicht

Cons:

- Zeer slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het huisje is heel duur terwijl je er niet voor terug krijgt wat je voor deze prijs zou moeten krijgen.
- Het is namelijk vrij kleine beweegruimte.
- Het water uit de douche sijpelde uit de douchekop waardoor normaal douchen niet lukt.
- WIFI werkte niet.
- ‘s Avonds en ‘s nachts blaffen er honden onder je raam
- Er is 1 extra deken en een verwarming maar omdat het winter is en de wind vol van zee op het huisje staat, wat van hout is, is het erg koud ‘s nachts.
- Stopcontacten zitten op heel onhandige plekken
- Bed staat midden in de woonkamer

Dit verblijf moet zijn prijs naar beneden halen.

A peaceful stay with truly outstanding hospitality!
Pros:

We visited after the high season had ended, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, and our room with a large balcony was the perfect place to read and watch sunsets. We enjoyed a few blissful, slower-paced days - much needed after all the hikes! The staff really make this place special - the ladies working in the kitchen were truly outstanding, and the home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you!
