Te duur voor wat je ervoor terug krijgt.
Pros:

- Het uitzicht

Cons:

- Zeer slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het huisje is heel duur terwijl je er niet voor terug krijgt wat je voor deze prijs zou moeten krijgen.
- Het is namelijk vrij kleine beweegruimte.
- Het water uit de douche sijpelde uit de douchekop waardoor normaal douchen niet lukt.
- WIFI werkte niet.
- ‘s Avonds en ‘s nachts blaffen er honden onder je raam
- Er is 1 extra deken en een verwarming maar omdat het winter is en de wind vol van zee op het huisje staat, wat van hout is, is het erg koud ‘s nachts.
- Stopcontacten zitten op heel onhandige plekken
- Bed staat midden in de woonkamer

Dit verblijf moet zijn prijs naar beneden halen.

- Very loud wind noise inside a room because of the house orientation and lack of soundproofing
- Extremely limited meals menu. It is ok for 2-3 days max.

A peaceful stay with truly outstanding hospitality!
Pros:

We visited after the high season had ended, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, and our room with a large balcony was the perfect place to read and watch sunsets. We enjoyed a few blissful, slower-paced days - much needed after all the hikes! The staff really make this place special - the ladies working in the kitchen were truly outstanding, and the home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you!

Очень гостеприимные и внимательные хозяева. Место очень уединенное, вокруг ни души, чистейшая вода, очень чистый пляж с лежаками. Уединение с природой абсолютное

Cons:

Мы ожидали немного больше комфорта, но трудно это назвать минусом, так как место очень глухое и в таком месте более комфортно сделать действительно трудно. Только один очевидный минус: в номере-студии на 6 человек одна комната выходит окнами непосредственно в ресторан, очень сильная слышимость и приходится закрывать окно вечером и утром.

L'équipe de l'hôtel est adorable, même lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de monde comme ce dimanche ensoleillé où nous sommes arrivés. Le repas du soir était particulièrement délicieux et copieux.

Pros:

The location is excellent, close to the beach, which was also very nice. The view was great as well. Additionally, the bar near the beach was pleasant to visit.

Cons:

Firstly, the unpleasant part was that our room didn’t have a key, which made it feel insecure. Secondly, the facilities were very limited — the bathroom was small and several basic amenities were missing. The price included breakfast by default, but the quality was mediocre — not terrible, but definitely not good. The staff was also just average — not bad, but not particularly welcoming either.

For the price, I expected more. I would suggest the owners take a look at other hotels and guesthouses to understand what basic features are missing here and work on improving them. The overall impression is that the place used to function well in the past, and it’s still running based on the remnants of that former quality. But if nothing changes, it’s likely to decline further.

Really love this amazing place. Always quite, big and comfy rooms, amazing view to Sevan, and big area around. I appreciate the food — its homemade and so tasty.

And one of the important thing is Linda, a dog in the camp who is friendly and so funny :)

Nice location but expensive for a basic room
Pros:

The main reason to come here is location - right next to the lake, on the "quiet side" of the lake. Nice views and peaceful location.
Cabins and rooms are a short walk to the lakefront beach, where there are some chairs and recreational activities.
Wifi wasn't great but worked pretty well throughout the property.
Staff speaks limited English but it's enough to get by. They were helpful and accommodating.
The beachfront bar is a nice touch.

Cons:

Although the room was clean, it was not particularly comfortable. As others have mentioned, there is no climate control. It gets quite hot during the day, but you don't want to open the doors and windows because there are no screens, so your room will be full of bugs very quickly.
The shower is in a very small room, right between the toilet and sink, so of course the whole room gets wet.
There was a termite or something like that in the wood furniture in the room, I could hear it "chewing", or whatever they do, throughout the night.

Considering the price, which is not cheap for Armenia, there could be a bit more effort to make the rooms comfortable.

Overall great stay !
Pros:

Amazing view !! I can’t stress how beautiful it was around. The decor and ambiance are nice. The food was good. I would definitely stay again, especially travelling with kids and family.

Cons:

It may be slightly too expensive for the price. The bathroom was very small, the insonorisation isn’t that good.
