Really pleasant experience overall. The reception staff was welcoming and supportive — Receptionist Hamza in particular was very courteous and made check-in smooth. Thank you!

Not staying there again and certainly not recommending it again.
Pros:

I stayed here before, and the experience was okay at that time, so recommended it to my colleagues. Unfortunately the staff were not helpful, didn’t provide breakfast claiming it was after ten o’clock yet the breakfast had been booked well in advance. So my colleagues would not stay here again.

Cons:

Staff was rude, not accommodating and as most were, according to their own statements, newly hired, they were clueless. Unfortunately rooms weren’t too clean either.
