Good place nice people
Pros:

Mr hamza is a wonderful person , so friendly , so helpful and patient he listens intently and helps enthusiastically , but above all he is an honest person , i forgot several thousands of their currency at his desk and totally forgot about them but he came to my room personally and on his own and gave them back .. thank you mr hamza for your honesty and hospitality.

Cons:

Once i ordered some simple tea but it came after a really long time even i reordered several times , what makes me mad about this was that every time i called the receptionist was comfirming that ETA is 5min. max but simply took about 2 hours , to be honest this only happened once and the waiter apologized alot about it.

Really pleasant experience overall. The reception staff was welcoming and supportive — Receptionist Hamza in particular was very courteous and made check-in smooth. Thank you!
