Unglaublich Romantisch und sehr nettes Personal! Das muss man erlebt haben!
Comfort, cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff
Leisure centre changing rooms, no heated towel rail to dry swimwear in room
Beautiful Building
Very Pretty & Beautiful Driveway
Room was cold, could do with more heating
The ambiance.
Pool area. Steam room not very hot
The staff, they are excellent. From the moment we arrived they were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. My husband had just finished treatment and it was just what we needed.
The only interaction that was not great was the person on the Spa reception. When we inquired about just using the infinity pool and the sauna, she was a little dismissive and told us that the leisure centre provided all of that. I was looking for the Spa experience, that I prefer. Anyway we left and didn't book it. My husband just laughed at her assumptions. We are both in our mid 60's!
We loved the whole relaxing atmosphere and the Decor was beautiful

Breakfast was very good, food every was very good all round, great v8be
2 visits to the hotel and the spa was booked out on 2 occasions. €50 entry per person also seems extreme. Observed what seemed to be day spa visitors. Not having access to the spa does take from the stay for hotel guests.
Also the walk out by the falconry should be removed, no effort to put in any paths, it is a mud trail.
service was excellent, wonderful hotel above and beyond the rating
two glasses of standard wine was €22 which was expensive.
22 Emails received from hotel for a 1 night stay was excessive:(
Thermo spa was so chill
