Pros:

До моря на Аркадії 15 хвилин.
Адміністрація була на зв'язку, показали що є в готелі, чим можна користуватися ще, окрім кімнати. Є окрема невелика кухня, дошка для прасування, праска. Ціна хороша, в порівнянні з іншими. Доплата за собаку не велика, як на мене. Постіль біла та чиста, це окремий+

Cons:

Якщо ключовий маршрут - море, то транспортна розв'язка ок, в іншому - довго іти, хіба що таксі. Ремонт вже не свіжий, але в принципі, не критично щоб звертати увагу.

Месторасположение, комфорт, удобная большая кровать, кондиционер, чайник. Маленький уютный отель всего на 5 номеров, отличные хозяева

Отель вызвал желание остаться у них подольше и приехать еще)

Было тихо и очень комфортно)
Очень хорошее место положение)закрытый двор, что не мало важно)
