Its a good budget hotel with a set breakfast (we could choose out of many options). Safe to walk back at night. Tuk tuts were available outside the hotel. Beach is a cool 10 mins walk. View of the ocean from the breakfast area was nice. One could relax there in the open chairs placed outside and enjoy the sky too. The room had a Juliet balcony sufficient for a few days stay. They gave us packed breakfast on the day of our departure. It is Strongly recommended to buy a Boracay ipass to reach the island (it covers movement from airport- ferry - land to reach the hotel). It is convenient, easy and saves a lot of time - avoiding queues.
The wifi of the hotel is awful and one has to rely on the mobile data. Thats a down point. May be placing a few wifi boosters on each floor can save the guests a lot of trouble. Also an iron should be provided when asked - the house keeping and reception told us that they do not have a iron for guests to use it in the hotel.

Great location to many shops and convenience stores.
Free shuttle hours to the guests up to 4pm only and this need to be reviewed. Great to see if this extended to 8pm.
The location was decent and price per night($40USD) was okay
Bed and pillows were like rocks, could not sleep, balcony was useless as too small and no chairs supplied. Pool is a plunge pool not a swimming pool, pool never sees the sun as built into building. Would not recommend.
The hotel is located in a convenient area, near to touristic places, restaurants, shops, etc.
The room had a plage of ants and they were all over our stuff, I think they should improve the fumigation processes.

Bloom is a wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms, delicious varied breakfasts of Filipino cuisine, and super-professional staff. Any of our requests were solved almost instantly with unfailing politeness and help. 5-minute walk to two beaches and all sorts of activities is like a cherry on the cake

Very well located, nice and attentive staff, good wifi, hot shower, free water refill, and room got the right amenities with a mini fridge and some space to hang your clothes.
Bed matrasses were quite hard. This is my experience in general in the Philippines. Airconditioning is a bit noisy but this wasn’t a problem for us.
The bedroom was charming, spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It was also quiet, making for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is well located in Boracay, in the quieter part of Station 2, yet still close to everything—just a 5-minute walk to D'Mall. You can walk along White Beach and choose where to stop—whether it's the upscale Station 1, the lively and bustling Station 2, or the more peaceful end of Station 2 and Station 3.
Breakfast is made fresh to order from the menu, so it may take a little longer to be served. If you're in a hurry, it's best to allow extra time. However, every breakfast I tried was delicious!
The hotel also features a spacious indoor pool, which is a great addition. The staff are absolutely lovely—friendly, always smiling, and eager to help.
If I return to Boracay, I will definitely book this hotel again. It offers fantastic value for money!
Cleaning- I noticed that if we didn’t request it at the reception, the bedroom wouldn’t be cleaned. The cleanliness could be improved, as during my four-day stay, the bathroom mirror was never cleaned, and the floor wasn’t in the best condition. However, the room always smelled fresh, which was nice. This is the only aspect I think the hotel could improve!
Great location, only 5-10min walk to dmall, bulabog beach and station 2 white beach clean and comfortable.
Staffs are nice and very accomodating. They have free shuttle ride going to dmall, bulabog beach.
