Excellent location, property and owner.
Pros:

Very nice, clean, well located property. We felt very safe here. Washing machines are provided on the roof, you just need some detergent. Located a two minute walk from a large supermarket and not far from main attractions by grab.

Nothing.

Très bon accueil, emplacement tranquille dans une petite impasse, un petit Havre de paix.
Par contre problèmes de robinet qui fuit et cette satané fermeture électronique d'entrée d'immeuble qui fonctionne une fois sur deux.

Perfekt für einen kurzen, preiswerten Aufenthalt!
Pros:

- Freundlicher Besitzer. Sehr hilfreich und immer schnelle Antworten
- Waschmaschine kann gratis benutzt werden
- Preis ist unschlagbar für Distrikt 1
- Gute Lage
- Relativ Ruhig für eine Grossstadt (jedenfalls im 4.Stock, wo wir wohnten)

Cons:

- Nicht besonders sauber. Schimmel im Bad, Haare und viel Staub am Boden, in den Schränken und Ecken.
- Bettzeug relativ fleckig
- Wasserkocher nicht sauber
- Im Bad tropft ein Hahn neben der Toilette konstant, so ist der Badezimmerboden immer nass.
- Wie angegeben, sehr wenig Platz

Budget friendly accommodation in central Ho Chi Minh with a very gracious host
Pros:

The Victory House is a simple and no frill budget friendly accommodation, well situated in the first district. The room was clean, the shower was hot, the air conditioning was cold and the building is well locked. Vinh turned out to be a very patient and gracious host. I had a bit of an adventure getting there. A 4 hour flight delay, then I gave a faulty address to the grab driver, forcing me to take a second one. I ended up checking in very late in the night (or pretty early in the morning). Vinh remained very kind and this tired traveler was made to feel welcome in spite of it all. I would stay there again enthusiastically.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard, the pillows on the small side, and this being a big city, some noise was unavoidable. This being said, I still slept like a baby ;-)

Vị trí gần bv Từ Dũ rất thuận lợi, bác chủ nhà siêu nhiệt tình, phòng rất ổn áp và giá rất tốt.

Cons:

Không biết máy nước nóng lạnh có vấn đề hay do mình quên hỏi chi tiết cách dùng mà hong dùng được nước nóng 😭😭

Pros:

Great value budget place for solo traveller, friendly hosts & easy to communicate, the room is small but well equipped, small toilets (be careful not to hit the head). This is my 2nd stay here, you live like local, as i love the area, supermarket is nearby and i can travel easily by public bus.

Perfect for solo travelers, wouldn't recommend for partners or family.
Pros:

The location is perfect and the host is very warm and welcoming.

Cons:

The bathroom is extremely small and cramped. Apart from that the room was perfect for what we paid.
