The organisation cancelled a few hours before so I did not have accommodation to stay in and had to find alternative quickly. Still haven't received my refund or communication from booking.com/the person who owns the property

Can't comment on the property as there was no experience but it looked nice from the photos.
The host cancelled our booking 12 hours before we were meant to arrive. Such a stress as we were using it for a wedding ….. no excuse! Clearly had a better offer/more money.
3 hours before we check in I text property to ask how to check in and they say they have suspected gas leak so cancelled!!! 2 and half hours from home Easter weekend!!!! But then told at the hotel I managed to get in at the very last minute at twice the cost that the property advertise on air b n b too at twice the cost so have taken booking from there! If this is allowed it’s disgusting when I booked it 5 days earlier and paid immediately I’m fuming lost complete trust!

I liked the location but it was falsely advertised as it was said it was a self contained flat, ok it was but I did not know that I was going to be sharing so needless to say I was shocked when I found that out, I think the other guest was to! But it was a pleasant stay
To mention that there is another room for another guest in the property so guests can be prepared for a share, also no USB ports for chargers! Also close to main road so can get noisy but good location!
The location was extremely central
The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the blinds didn't block much sun, so it was quite bright in the morning.

The whole place was creepy. I literally checked out on the same day. The oven wasn't working at all everhtime we switched it on it tripped the light. When i booked the room it didn't show like shared bathroom. Second thing the kitchen was dirty and it didnt mention as well that was a hared accomodation. The pictures show you that is a beautiful place but trust me don't fall for that, the room didn't have any locks nothing nd the host was so rude. After a while we went to buy a pizza so we noticed that the light of the first floor was one and when we ask him he denied there was no one but in real there was someone and that place like haunted. Because we were having a very negative feeling and energy. Pls guys don't fall for the pictures because the property is not all yours you are actually sharing it with someone u don't know who. I swear the place is very a bad energy. I swear we thought it was the light tripping but even saw shapes and heard foot steps. So no never ever gonna book it again. And the host is not even refunding the money. Also the utensils and pans were all full of grease and the bins weren't emptied
Terrible we booked for the weekend 14thfeb-17th not knowing or being told it was shared facilities having 2 other couples come to stay also so we left having the landlord telling us to leave we paid £162 for the stay and also another £138 I’m requesting a full refund which was promised back to me by the landlord but he’s taken the£138 out of my account on 16th of January please rectify this

No privacy, no locks on doors, no tv in room, tv in lounge area didn't work
Very cosy, clean house. Decorated nicely,new build area .we enjoyed staying there

Firstly we couldn’t find the property and then we had a message while we were waiting on the street of the so called property saying that they couldn’t accommodate so we then had to go through the trouble or trying to book somewhere else

Mostly clean, good facilities, good location for uni and swansea
Freezing cold bedroom, thin duvet and blanket and blanket was unwashed. Could smell body odour on it all night. Also TV had no working channels so pointless it being there
