Friendly, helpful staff, although need to communicate by Google translate! We really enjoyed our stay.
It's a bit out of the main tourist area, which was fine for us, but may be challenging to some travellers.
The hotel is new & very clean. They offer free filtered water to refill drink bottles. The bathroom was beautiful & bed very comfortable.
The location unfortunately is too far out from the old quarter. This hotel isn’t great for tourists to stay in if they are wanting to do things in the old quarter (main part of Hanoi)
Staff was always helpful, anytime. They arranged a taxi for the airport with my big cardboard containing a bicycle, which price was very correct. As it was cold outside, i had heat in my room, no problem.
Nice room and shower, plenty of amenities.
Hard to communicate to owners as English speaking tourists. Location was tough to manoeuvre around.
