We had an amazing experience at Lissya Hotel! The customer service was truly exceptional — the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The location is perfect, with stunning views that make every morning special. It’s close to everything we wanted to see, yet peaceful enough to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be coming back!
The staff were excellent, in particular the manager who was always available and extremely helpful in arranging bookings. He gave excellent suggestions. The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views of Kabak bay and the valley. It is peaceful and quiet with plenty of space between the suites. Breakfast is enourmous and a great selection of local foods.
The roads to the hotel were well paved and safe. Parking at the hotel is ample and easy. It was a 30 minute drive to Ölüdeniz where there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. The hotel is on the Lycian way so offers you walks from the hotel to even more beautiful sites.

The room and property were second to none, and the views from anywhere on site were breathtaking. The staff was very accommodating and catered to any needs. Food was excellent!
I have been in so many hotels before but i never had nice experience like this i can say is the best hotel and view i never been also the stuff very welcoming and very nice specially the manager FURKAN he was very very helpful and one of the best person i saw if i will come back here one more time for sure i will pass by to meet him again thank you so muuuuch for everything you done with us really really appreciate it FURKAN ABI
Great views and absolute privacy in the villas (we were living at the Mirach suite). Perfect option for those who is looking for some kind of escape and who do not want to see a lot of people around. We also liked furnishing of the room, which may not look top brand-new, but was vey nice and non-standard (a lot of natural wood, high-quality chairs and sun beds outside, etc.). Plus, very friendly personnel and as a result we had a great stay for 4 nights.

Need to submit a travel program
To start, I would say that this is the worst management I've ever seen in a hotel.
We travelled half the world and this is the worst trap I've veen.
Don't get fooled by the fake reviews cause this is what you will get:
1. An old hotel with a perfect view but very old facilities and a hard bed to break your bones besides the smell of the old furniture in the room once you get in.
2. It is at a top of the mountain and nothing near it and to get down to oludeniz you need like 36 min for 18km down the very dangerous small roads (google the road map for yourself befor you come)
3. Once you are here you get trapped and the manager is always on your tail watching you either on the cameras or at the breakfast... all just to push you to consume in their restaurant cause once it's dark forget about driving.
He embaressed us taking some grocery we bought from down the village for our tomorrow boat trip and said it's against hotel policy which was nowhere on booking or in the hotel itself.
And watched us one day at the breakfast untill we finished and then the day after charged us for a stupid omelet that we asked the satff for as replacement to cheese platter, pancakes, fries, vegetables platter cause we don't eat them (wired right)
Our fault was not to check the comments of others that got trapped here before us in both languages english and arabic.
Translate for yourself and if you still want that stupid view come and see for yourself.
We paid 2400 euros for 5 days that went to waste and ruined our holiday after visiting 3 different hotels in the country.
My advice to all of you: GO TO AN INTERNATIONAL CHAIN CAUSE YOU WILL ALWAYS FIND SOMEONE TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM because here no one cared or asked if we want to change the towels for 5 days or if we even needed toilet paper.
Turkiye is a very beautiful country deserves better thant these guys.
Breakfast was wonderful, the view and location was lovely, and hotel the grounds were stunning. The staff was exceptionally nice and went out of their way to help. The hotel puppy Lucy was the sweetest and we were in close proximity to the lovely Kabak beach.
The owner was not so friendly and took away our waters that we purchased from a nearby shop away after we trekked up the hill during 90 degree weather. I want to be clear that it was HOT, and we were evidently sweating, and the owner skulked in the background while the very nice concierge had to come and awkwardly request that he let us confiscate our waters. It is clear he knew the request was ridiculous. There are also huntsmen spiders, but apparently they eat poisonous creatures!
