Prachtige nieuwe haveli, maar zonder charme.
Pros:

Het is een nieuw gebouwde haveli, waarmee de eigenaar een statement wil maken. Dat is goed gelukt, het ziet er prachtig uit en de ligging ten opzichte van het fort is ideaal.

Cons:

Het hotel miste karakter en sfeer. Misschien omdat we daar aan het eind van het toeristenseizoen waren en de enige gasten. Het personeel was nogal onverschillig, het deed wat het moest doen.

Customer service Staff was amazing manager and front desk were very nice and gave good honest advice on for example price to the airport Rickshaws were readily available just outside the hotel in the center of town but still a bit outside where it is peaceful very safe - they check everyone coming in

Truly the best hotel in Jaisalmer, amazing owner and staff
Pros:

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Rajasthan - and truly the best one in Jaisalmer.

The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. He arranged seamless transfers for my family and me from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer, and later from the hotel to the airport on our departure day.

The hotel itself is stunning. It beautifully combines traditional Jaisalmer sandstone architecture and intricate carvings with modern design, bright rooms and up-to-date amenities - it’s newly built and very well maintained. The rooftop is absolutely gorgeous, with a wonderful vegetarian breakfast served there (included in the room rate). The pool looked so inviting - I regret not bringing my swimsuit after seeing other guests enjoying it.

The location couldn’t be better - just a 10-min walk to the main entrance of the fort, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. We explored Jaisalmer entirely on foot - no tuk-tuk needed!

I was genuinely sad to leave this place, as it marked the end of my India trip. Jaisalmer will always stay in my heart, along with the warm memories of this hotel. Thank you so much for your hospitality and such a wonderful stay. ❤️

Must stay!
Pros:

Fabulous location. Walking distance from the fort. No other hotel matches up to it. Very friendly, helpful and responsive owner and staff.

Cons:

Everything was good. One minor thing was the absence of watchable channels on the TV in the room :) only you tube available.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms. Noisy street.
Pros:

The staff are lovely and the rooms were very nice.

Cons:

There is a lot of noise that travels through into the rooms from the street - dogs barking, car horns, people arguing and talking etc.
You have to ask for your room to be cleaned and that means leaving it open for the staff which is less than ideal.

Pros:

Everything. The location was extremely close to the fort, the style of the Haveli was in keeping with the character of the city, staff and the owner were very helpful and the rooftop restaurant had excellent views. The staff was very accommodating for my in laws who can't eat spicy food at all.

Beautiful Haveli
Pros:

A beautiful new haveli with views of the Fort and a 5 min walk to the main gate. Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a great wet room. The upstairs terrace had a lovely view of the Fort and the swimming pool looked very clean but we didn't use it. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Would stay there again.

Cons:

The menu could be larger but I had a fantastic thalidomide there

Awesome location, beautiful architecture, quite clean, welcoming host and owner. Very friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is within walking distance of the fort. The place is a fairly newish build and was lovingly designed by the owner, he looked out for details to stay true to the area and history. The whole place was charming. Staff treated us well. The owner greeted us and gave us a small farewell gift. He’s was a really nice person who shared about how much he cares about retaining history of jaisalmer.

Cons:

We are westerners, so the bed mattress was a little bit too hard for us but only a bit. It was still very comfortable.

It's a beautiful property right at the foot of the fort with a great sunset view, and the owner is very kind!!!

The shower was broken, and we got the light in from the entrance door. A curtain in front of the door would be great.

Pros:

I really loved the beautiful interior that reflects the traditional Haveli style. The quiet and calm atmosphere made the stay even more relaxing. It was wonderful to enjoy meals and swimming on the rooftop with Jaisalmer Fort as the backdrop.
The hotel helped arrange a guide, which allowed us to visit Jaisalmer Fort comfortably. All the staff were very kind and respectful, and they did their best to understand and accommodate my requests.
They recommended traditional Rajasthani dishes, giving me a great opportunity to try new foods. All the meals were delicious, fresh, and well prepared.
This stay will remain a comfortable and happy memory for us.

Pros:

Impeccabile pulizia, colazione da sogno, vista mozzafiato dalle due terrazze sul tetto. Camera spaziosa e accogliente. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel, che fra l'altro è comodissimo per raggiungere in pochi minuti il forte.
