The shower was only kinda warm wouldn't get hot 🔥

The beds were extremely hard and the area wasnt that clean

The bed was very uncomfortable, stiff and could not sleep well.

Horrible smell in hall one day and our toilet wouldn’t flush

The pool is closed and doesn't seem to be reopening soon We stayed a whole week and it looked the same. There's also construction going on so a lot of noise and dust everywhere. At one point the workers had their music playing pretty loud and I think one of the workers took his toddler son with him and the little kid would be screaming and playing with his toy cars on the hallway walls. So we could hear it whether it was in the morning or late at night, the rooms are definitely not soundproof. if I would've known the pool was close and construction happening I would have definitely not stayed there. The rooms are a bit outdated too the beds are a bit uncomfortable and I think the shower had a little bit of mold and our bathroom door was broken so it wouldn't close all the way properly.

the faucet in room 209 was crap it was broke couldn’t use it to make my 8 month old a bottle, breakfast as crap, hot tub and pool were ice cold

Nothing. In fact I would like full credit for both rooms that I booked. My daughter's room had a broken faucet, the first night on the 28th, the hot tub was almost cold, the pool was freezing. The 29th the pool was even colder than before and the hot tub was as cold as the pool. Continental Breakfast was a joke. No ice buckets were provided for ice. They had a water leak and there is only one set of stairs to access 2nd floor rooms. I have never been so disappointed in my life.
