Was nice, but without reliable internet I cannot stay there
Pros:

Breakfeast was good, and the accommodation nice.

Cons:

Wi-fi goes off at noght at 20:00, ad only comes on again at 08:00am. Very frustrating if you need to work.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist when needed.

The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, the hotel met our expectations and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others

The venue itself was good

Cons:

No electricity, though there was a generator?, the drinks were warm, no ice. We had to go buy our own.

The t-bone steak was the size of a small chop and over cooked. Poor value for money. My colleague had no towels in his room.

Cant recommend or revisit.

Very bad..burnt eggs, sausage and bacon..

Open and, clean and dust all rooms before guests arrives..spray airfreshner as the roof is thatch it gets stuffy and smells damp.

Towels must be white as they are used by lots of people.

I got damp dirty towels.

Water was cold..only 1 person showers then the next gets cold water..work on getting more gysers.

Add some lights by the corners on the dark places in the bathrooms it was uncomfortable as I was thinking a snake might be sitting there comfortably.

Paint the pool during festive season and make sure the water is clean.

Couldnt swim coz of the weather but even if it was hot the pool is not up to standard.

Put some nice clean cutions in the tv room remove the silk ones as they look like on l fbedroom cutions.

Add a clear big visible board with nice art / sign showing Hawane resort by the gate.

Pros:

Spacious rodavels, clean and comfortable.
Friendly, helpful owner (Richrard) and staff. Nice restaurant to retreat to, centerpiece a roaring wood fire to warm us on an unseasonably cool and wet New Year's eve! 🙂

Cons:

Nothing that we didn't like.
