We felt at home from the minute we arrived in this gem of a hotel
Pros:

One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in - welcoming staff, delicious breakfast and spotlessly clean. Also a great location - in a quiet street but very close to the main sights. This is a very well-managed hotel which puts customers at ease and ensures an excellent experience.

Cons:

It's really difficult to find fault - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Not a 4 star hotel, in fact nowhere near it. It was a very expensive stay for such poor quality acco
Pros:

Breakfast was fair but nothing special. Location is superb. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was awful. The curtain rail was broken and the basin tap was so loose, we thought it was about to come off. The cover for the bedding consisted of a duvet cover. The only window had a high wall two metres in front of it. The hotel was not full so not sure why we were not given a better room.

Amazing stay and would absolutely stay again.
Pros:

The comfort and the location were amazing. Two staff members, Lara and Ana, are the nicest people ever and made us all feel so at home. The balcony in the penthouse was very clean. Got an amazing upgrade to the penthouse the day before we got there.

Cons:

The pool was cold and seemed a little bit dirty. There was no lift for ease of carrying suitcases.

Great staff, great location!
Pros:

Hotel was great, clean and fantastic location! Staff were lovely and very helpful- even getting us alternative milk for breakfast when we explained we were vegan. The penthouse room is definitely worth it with a private terrace for sunbathing. Would definitely recommend!!

Cons:

Only having one iron available for the whole hotel isn’t ideal and could be easily fixed by putting one in each room. Our aircon also stopped working for a couple of nights but the staff were quick to fix it which was helpful.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sperone Heritage Hotel. We booked two rooms for seven nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful—accommodating our late check-in, arranging airport transfers, and showing great kindness throughout our stay. The location was perfect as well, close to excellent restaurants, the palace, and secure accommodation. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely quality hotel , great location , super spec rooms, reasonable value .

Very warm welcome . Lovely rooms. Very clean . Good hearty breakfasts. Pool good. Safe and good location

Cons:

Small criticism . On our final day i used the downstairs WC. The light bulb had gone in the cubicle so I had to use my phone torch and there were no hand towels in the dispenser. The staff were all outside in the guests seating area having a cigarette when they could have remedied these simple issues instead and then had a break .
