Bellissimo edificio, zona tranquilla ma con comunque tutte le comodità intorno.
Host davvero accogliente e cordiale, camera bellissima e molto pulita completa di tutti i servizi.
Per chiunque appassionato di trekking e sentieri semplici è un ottima posizione dove alloggiare.

Comodo arrivarci, comodo parcheggiare, zona tranquilla. Stanza moderna, pulita, materasso comodo. Bagno e doccia molto pratici. Titolare molto gentile e anche il resto del personale: soprattutto il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato stupefacente.

El trato de Massimo fue excelente, me esperó a la llegada y en todo momento se preocupó de que estuviera a gusto. Muy recomendable.

The location itself, the owners Massimo and his lovely family, their hospitality, generosity! I’m completely satisfied with everything they have done for us: delicious breakfasts, coffee, fresh juices, very beautiful and comfortable room. If I will again explore the north Italy I will definitely choose Palazzo Fritz)) the best experience I’ve had!

Ich war nach einer Woche Korsika wieder für einen Zwischenstop hier und kann meine positiven Erfahrungen vom letzten Mal nur bestätigen.

Ottima e moderna soluzione per visitare la Lessinia. Camere nuove, molto ampie e ben arredate, dotate di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Da segnalare la pulizia e la massima attenzione e disponibilità della proprietà, anche nel rispondere prontamente alle domande. Ottima la colazione presso il bar sottostante.

Das Haus sieht von vorne hübsch und von hinten "naja" aus. Der Vermieter war nicht da, das Haus verschlossen und ich dachte schon Schlechtes.
ABER fünf Minuten nach meinem Anruf war der sehr freundliche und gastfreundliche junge Vermieter vor Ort.
Ich hatte den Sonntagnachmittag getroffen, der einzige Zeitraum, wo die Bar mal geschlossen hat.
Er war super hilfsbereit, bot mir sofort etwas zum trinken an und ließ das Zimmer herrichten.
10 Minute später war ich auf dem Zimmer im zweiten Stock und der Chef hat sogar meine Tasche getragen, wow!
Was ich dann sah, war nicht nur ein Zimmer, sondern eher eine Wohnung.
Super modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, was man von außen nicht vermuten würde.
Sämtliches Personal war wirklich gastfreundlich und das Frühstück war klasse.
Die Lage ist etwas einsam, aber für mich genau das richtige.
Fünf Minuten Richtung Verona und du hast Toskanafeeling, fünf Minuten in die entgegengesetzte Richtung und du hast Südtirol feeling.

Badia Calavena (summer 2025) – a small town of about 2,600 inhabitants, located at the foot of the Lessinia hills, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and landscapes, just a short drive from Verona.

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The host, Massimo, is exceptionally kind and helpful – despite his many duties in the hotel and in the café downstairs, he always found time to respond quickly to any questions. The café itself has a unique charm, with an atmosphere where time seems to have stopped – simple, authentic, and relaxing.

Breakfasts were homemade – sandwiches and excellent croissants. Simple, tasty, and prepared with care. The selection does not vary much from day to day, which some guests may find repetitive, but the quality and freshness make up for it.

Our room was excellent: recently renovated, modern, spacious enough, and equipped with air conditioning – perfect comfort for a summer stay.

Parking was never an issue – we always found a free spot within 10–40 meters of the building. The town itself is worth a short visit: there is a 15th-century abbey where masses are still held, though part of the complex remains in ruins.

The surroundings are perfect for day trips: a scenic mountain route leads to Riva del Garda, and Verona is just a short drive away, offering the chance to experience the authentic atmosphere of northern Italy’s smaller towns.

Hotel Palazzo Fritz is a truly wonderful place. We were welcomed by a very kind family who take great care of their guests. Everything was perfectly clean, and the atmosphere of the palace is just magical – you feel at home while staying in a historic setting.

Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, prepared with love. It was varied, tasty, and the perfect start to the day.

The location is excellent: the hotel is in Badia Calavena, within easy reach of Venice, Lake Garda, and Milan. A perfect spot if you want to explore northern Italy while having a peaceful and charming place to stay.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for beautiful accommodation with a personal touch, great breakfast, and unforgettable atmosphere.

Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très sympathiques et accueillants. L'hôtel et le bar où est servi le petit-déjeuner ont été rénovés avec goût, en conservant le caractère ancien de l'établissement. L'ambiance chaleureuse et authentique du lieu qui est fréquenté uniquement par des locaux. On est plongé dans la "vraie" Italie : très peu de touristes étrangers mais beaucoup de randonneurs venant des environs.

De kamer was ruim met een fijn bed. Mooie badkamer.
