Nice room and view but more cleaning would be good
Pros:

Great view. Location was quite good. Mini fridge for cooling drinks was useful. Decent for the price.

Cons:

Overall the room could have done with a little more cleaning as we found a lot of dead bugs when we arrived. We also kept finding some bugs throughout our stay (presumably that were getting through the cracks in the walls/tiles). Room could include more furniture like bedside tables or wardrobe.

Fabulous people, great room, lovely views. They were very happy with arranging our taxi to the next location too.

Nice stay in Ella
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay there. The view from the room is amazing. The room was equipped with everything we needed and the staff was kind and helpful! The hotel is on a hill, but it is accessible by tuktuks or cars. We would stay there again.

Great views from room and a comfortable stay
Pros:

Fantastic views, great staff , nice quiet location up a hill to get to accommodation but that normal for Ella.
A nice light airy room with a comfortable bed and good hot shower and kettle to make a cuppa in the morning , it was great to sit on the large balcony to see views of Ella rock

Cons:

Nothing except a couple of bedside tables would add to room

Pros:

Det var superfin utsikt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Detta var inga problem för oss som är unga men det är en ganska brant backe upp till boendet. Vi blev erbjudna frukost men fick inte veta att det kostade förrän efter att vi hade ätit. Den var bra, men vi hade önskat att veta att det inte var inkluderat innan det erbjöds, för då hade vi nog inte ätit den.

Fantastische Aussicht und doch nahe am Zentrum von Ella.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und immer anwesend und hilfsbereit

Steiler Zugang aber zu Guss gut machbar

Pros:

The room is excellent. The view is breathtaking. The room has a really big balcony. The staff is really friendly, always want to help, and always available. Ella is a really touristic place, so the prices are bit high compare to the local average, but you can find some really good places near to the hotel.

Meravigliosa vista!
Pros:

Meravigliosa vista dalla camera… immersa nel verde ma a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro caotico di Ella. Personale davvero gentile e ottima colazione

Cons:

Nulla.. solo la strada per raggiungere la struttura é un pó in salita, ma Ella del resto è tutto un saliscendi

Beautiful view, good value for a budget
Pros:

The view from the room is amazing. The bed is very comfortable and not rock hard. The shower had hot water and decent pressures The staff are very kind and helpful. We loved their dog too. It’s definitely a good option if you’re on a budget.

Cons:

The walls need to be cleaned, there are lots of blood spots from killing mosquitoes and it left the place feeling dirtier than it was. Really the room is in need of a paint. We felt that in September, only having a fan wasn’t sufficient, we wished we had paid more to have AC.

Hotel dejado, que da mucha pena y asco
Pros:

Las vistas.

Cons:

Somos un grupo de 3 chicas que se quedaron anonadadas con las habitaciones. Empecemos:
1. La ubicación está bien cerca de la zona de restaurantes, pero las cuestas son muy empinadas.
2. La limpieza, alucinante. Sucio, con huellas en las paredes, en el suelo, excrementos de lagartijas en todos lados, moho en el baño tanto en la ducha como en el lavamanos. El agua sale turbia. En una de las habitaciones no se podían cerrar las ventanas que dan a la terraza. Las juntas de puertas-ventanas estaban rotas.
3. No hay zonas comunes y las puertas para entrar en la habitación están justo en la recepción- comedor lo cual es un poco impactante e incómodo.
4. No tiene generador y ambos días se fue la luz y no tuvimos luz en muchas horas, mientras que otros hoteles sí tienen.
5. El check in es a la dos y no nos dieron una de las dos habitaciones hasta las cinco.
6. El dueño del hotel no contesta, no sabíamos cómo hacer el pago, al final se lo dimos a un trabajador que era el manitas.
7. Está en obras y van para largo.
En fin, una experiencia que no repetiríamos ni en sueños.
