Det var superfin utsikt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
Detta var inga problem för oss som är unga men det är en ganska brant backe upp till boendet. Vi blev erbjudna frukost men fick inte veta att det kostade förrän efter att vi hade ätit. Den var bra, men vi hade önskat att veta att det inte var inkluderat innan det erbjöds, för då hade vi nog inte ätit den.

The room is excellent. The view is breathtaking. The room has a really big balcony. The staff is really friendly, always want to help, and always available. Ella is a really touristic place, so the prices are bit high compare to the local average, but you can find some really good places near to the hotel.
The view from the room is amazing. The bed is very comfortable and not rock hard. The shower had hot water and decent pressures The staff are very kind and helpful. We loved their dog too. It’s definitely a good option if you’re on a budget.
The walls need to be cleaned, there are lots of blood spots from killing mosquitoes and it left the place feeling dirtier than it was. Really the room is in need of a paint. We felt that in September, only having a fan wasn’t sufficient, we wished we had paid more to have AC.
Great view from the room (big window), comfortable and large private balcony in the room. The staff was very friendly. Close to the centre of Ella.

Las vistas.
Somos un grupo de 3 chicas que se quedaron anonadadas con las habitaciones. Empecemos:
1. La ubicación está bien cerca de la zona de restaurantes, pero las cuestas son muy empinadas.
2. La limpieza, alucinante. Sucio, con huellas en las paredes, en el suelo, excrementos de lagartijas en todos lados, moho en el baño tanto en la ducha como en el lavamanos. El agua sale turbia. En una de las habitaciones no se podían cerrar las ventanas que dan a la terraza. Las juntas de puertas-ventanas estaban rotas.
3. No hay zonas comunes y las puertas para entrar en la habitación están justo en la recepción- comedor lo cual es un poco impactante e incómodo.
4. No tiene generador y ambos días se fue la luz y no tuvimos luz en muchas horas, mientras que otros hoteles sí tienen.
5. El check in es a la dos y no nos dieron una de las dos habitaciones hasta las cinco.
6. El dueño del hotel no contesta, no sabíamos cómo hacer el pago, al final se lo dimos a un trabajador que era el manitas.
7. Está en obras y van para largo.
En fin, una experiencia que no repetiríamos ni en sueños.

Pobyt bardzo udany. Personel chętny do pomocy na każdym kroku, pyszne śniadania. Pokój bardzo czysty, a widok był niesamowity. Lokalizacja super 3minuty od głównej ulicy w Ella. Bardzo polecam!

Bathroom had some bugs, but that's ok!
With a direct view of Ella Rock, that's the best one can ask for. The balcony is spacious, yet private. Everything in the room is great, bed was comfortable, mosquito net provided, bathroom was spacious.
It is a little difficult to find
Love the location though you have to walk uphill to reach the place. But the views from the balcony is fantastic, and I could even do my birding from the balcony itself. Spotted like 5 different species of birds in my 2N there. Short walk down to the main thoroughfare.
The view is amazing. Very close to the village, but none of the noise. Basic facilities, no breakfast, but just next to the place little restaurants that offer a good breakfast with the same view. And there is a water kettle in the room. I could sit on that balcony for hours. And I did 😉😃
You can park on the roof, but the road is very steep to get there, but that goes for most places in Ella.
Mosquito net has a few holes.
The view was amazing. It was very close to the main parts of town. It was excellent value for money. Great service, the staff were very helpful and kind. David and Thuwan were lovely.
There were a lot of ants, but this was a minor issue.
