Great location - shame about the rundown look.
Pros:

The location was just great - close enough to restaurants, without being too close to the noise. We could hear the ocean at night. :)

Cons:

The hotel is a bit rundown - probably because it might be knocked down for a new development??
We had to ask a couple of times for the room to be tidied and towels etc to be provided.

The location, pool and front lawn make this a place to come back to. The rooms could do with some renovations
